  This is the best place to get your oil change and car services done. The team is very fast, efficient, and they communicate well. I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend this business over local dealerships.

  This location was wonderful! The staff is friendly and engaging, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Without exception, every staff member there seemed happy to be there, which speaks volumes for their leadership! Great team, super well managed. Go to this one!

  I have been receiving service from this place a little over here. Excellent customer service skills. I never feel like they’re trying to make me get services that I don’t mean always very helpful and very knowledgeable about the service services they provide.

  It’s been a while since I’ve gone to a quick oil change location. Due to my warranty/maintenance expiring with my Honda Pilot I started to browse at locations I could get my oil changed and tires rotated at. I decided to go with Valvoline because there was a Groupon and based on their good reviews as compared to other similar businesses. When I arrived it was about 8:40 am on a Friday. Only one car was ahead of me getting worked on and Diante was the employee who approached me asking what services I was seeking. I informed him an oil change and that I had a Groupon. He performed an inspection on my headlights and brake lights then proceeded to get my profile started with them since it was my first time. A little after 9 is when it was my turn. Another employee named Viviana asked if she could inspect the inside of my vehicle such as my cabin air filter and then my engine filter. She was just as friendly and provided excellent customer service as Diante. I never felt pressured to purchase extra services and felt they were merely providing knowledge on things with my car when it comes to maintenance. I ended up adding the tire rotation into my service which I got 25% off with my Groupon. Woo hoo! All in all, about 40 mins for my oil change and tires to be rotated while conveniently sitting in my car. Highly recommend. I will be sure to return for my next oil change!

  Been here a few times but this last experience was something else. Went in for an oil change, woman began taking my interior apart to get to the cabin filter... something that does not require any tools, just your hands. The car next to me had a woman that lifted her car, then couldn't figure out how to lower the vehicle because the way it got lifted did not align the vehicle to come down in a safe manner (vehicle potentially falling down into the maintenance hole). Woman working on my vehicle opened my engine air filter and could not figure out how to close it back up. ALL of these issues were resolved in a safe manner BY THE ONLY MAN working there. I was not too fond of him trying to sell everything to me, especially because it almost seemed scripted. Sounds like he knows what he's talking about, but again scripted. But it's perfectly understandable because it's his work and if he's required to make sales then be it. This place currently deserves 0 stars, the man working there deserves 5 stars, a bonus, and damn promotion for not only doing his own work, but doing everyone else's work. Nothing against them for being women, just their work experience. They need to rehire people who are experienced and knowledgeable, or bare minimum SOMEONE WHO IS CAPABLE.
