  Exceptional Service and Honest Business – Customer for Life! I can’t say enough good things about Radial Tire Service on Cottage Way in Sacramento. Randy, Tim, and Miguel are hands-down the most friendly, customer-service-oriented, fair, and honest people in the local tire industry. I’ve purchased two full sets of tires for my different vehicles there, and every interaction has been outstanding. Their pricing consistently beats the big-name stores, and the speed and quality of the tire installations are better than anywhere else I’ve used. What really sets them apart is how genuinely they care about their customers. Six months ago, I brought in my high-end sports car for a tire leak I hadn’t even purchased from them. Tim took my info, had the car worked on, patched the tire free of charge, and simply said, “When you’re ready to buy new tires, come see us.” No pressure, no upselling—just real integrity. That kind of no-strings-attached help is rare these days! It’s no surprise they have glowing reviews across the board (4.8/5 on Google with hundreds of ratings), with customers raving about the same honest service, great prices, quick work, and professional staff. Many mention returning for years because they feel like family.   They know what they are doing there. I was told by another shop that they couldn't align my back wheels because they didn't ha e capability to adjust my backup camera. That was not needed to do a wheel alignment. These guys told me 45-1hr they were done with my vehicle in 20 mins. Thank you Radial Tires!!!

  I have been taking my cars to Radial Tire for over 10 years, my wife’s car, my Land Rovers and too many old sports cars to list. Randy’s knowledge on all of the cars from vintage Porsches to modern exotics is very helpful. His staff is always friendly and professional. The guys in the shop always handle my jobs quickly and with great care. Even though we recently moved out of town, we will continue to use Radial Tire.

  This tire shop is definitely what the world needs for customer service, they go above and beyond and they communicate everything to you. The service guy Miguel is definitely a great man and for that thank you very much.
