  Randomly closes in the afternoon on random days. It's 11:17 am and all the employees are standing around but put closed signs up in the lanes. Main sign says open. This is the 5th time since January I have to go elsewhere.

  What's going on with the little green towels this QQ location provides? First off, the blowers don't blow the car dry at all, so hand drying is a must. I went earlier this week and there were no towels. I went today and the towels were absolutely drenched, like they were just pulled out if a bucket of water, not even a sping cycle in the washer. I mean, if part of your service is to provide drying towels, dont provide water logged towels.

  I went to buy the lucky duck car wash. I was told I'd get a month of unlimited car washes for cheaper. I asked would it charge my card after a month cause my contract just ended with my job. The guy with red blondish curly hair told me no, it's a one time month thing. So I buy it. I get home and open my email and find out after a month my card on file would be charged 40 dollars. For the most expensive membership for the top car wash. It seems to me he's just trying to pull in all the money he can by being dishonest. Which isn't very fair to me cause now I have to pay a cancelation fee. Thanks dude!! Also I read Quick Quack does not pay for damage on cars over 5 years old. So nevermind the fact they're responsible for the damage THEY caused. A car is a car and damage is damage. If your company and machine cause damage TO ANYONES car YOU NEED to pay it. Its just common courtesy...in reality, it's the right thing to do because IT IS YOUR FAULT.

  We wanted to express our gratitude to Quick Quack Car Wash. We have been happy members for years and have always appreciated the friendly, helpful staff at our local car wash. What really stood out to us recently is that this same level of customer service extends all the way to their corporate team. We were involved in an incident at the car wash with another driver. While I won’t get into all the details, Quick Quack’s response was outstanding. From the Chris K who promptly documented what happened to the Risk Management staff, Skye, who worked with us to resolve the issue, everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. In a time when many companies seem unwilling to step up and help their customers, Quick Quack did the right thing. We truly appreciate their commitment to customer service and accountability. Thank you to everyone involved for your support and for showing that doing the right thing still matters.

  I never leave negative reviews, but this Quick Quack location on Watt Avenue has become completely unacceptable. Every time I visit, there are no towels stocked, multiple vacuums are broken or barely functioning, and the lot is dirty. These issues have been brought to management’s attention repeatedly, yet nothing ever changes. The employees consistently appear overworked, and customers are often left waiting while maintenance and operational issues around the property remain unresolved. Unfortunately, the lack of leadership and upkeep is noticeable the moment you pull onto the lot. What is most disappointing is that this location is damaging the reputation of the entire company. Many of the hardworking employees who used to make this location enjoyable have left, and it shows. The newer staff appear to receive little to no training, leaving customers with poor service and unresolved issues. My visit today was the final straw. The entrance gate had exposed wiring during my visit. The inside of the wash was filthy, with dirty floors, dirty walls, and dirty signage throughout the tunnel. This is around the fifth time I’ve visited where there was little or no soap being dispensed during the wash. Despite receiving an incomplete wash, I have never been offered a refund or account credit. The lights and duck projector also do not work like they do at other Quick Quack locations. The vacuum area was in terrible condition, with damaged equipment, vacuum hoses that were not properly attached, and potholes throughout the lot. While using the vacuums, I spoke with several other customers who shared many of the same frustrations and told me they had already canceled their memberships because these problems never seem to get fixed. Additionally, the yellow tire guide rail inside the wash tunnel is damaged, causing vehicle tires and rims to come into contact with exposed metal. My truck’s rims were damaged as a result. I reported the incident to management, but my claim was denied. This situation needs to be addressed by someone above the store management level because the ongoing maintenance and operational issues have clearly not been resolved. Until major improvements are made, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone. Edit: Thank you for clarifying the Google review policy. I understand that businesses cannot directly delete Google reviews and that only Google can remove reviews that violate its policies.
