  This place is awesome. I came here to get an AC line made and expected to drop it off and come back. They immediately took it back and built it. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Not to mention the guys that work here are super cool. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend!

  So I gave 4 of 5 stars due to the shop itself only being so so along the lines of helping me out. However, I’d give 5***** to the Mechanic Tim for him being willing to go above and beyond to make sure my truck was properly serviced before I got back on the road! He swiftly handled the situation and showed care as if I were his daughter. I was in an emergency situation traveling across the country. My tuck was having an issue out of nowhere. He spent extra time on his own volition to make sure I was safe and secure to contrite my journey! If you ever end up at this mechanic shop, make sure and ask for Tim personally and tip him well, as he has a heart of Gold and is very skilled with over 30+ years of experience under his belt! I would trust him with all my vehicles and will go back to see him for future repairs anytime I’m in the area! 🤍✨🙏🏽

  My local auto shop recommended Polar Bear after finding an A/C hose assembly they were unable to replace. Polar Bear was able to fabricate several custom hoses and do comprehensive overhaul of the entire A/C system in my 30-year old Dodge campervan. We just took it for a 3K-mile trip that included several 100+ degree days and the A/C worked like a charm! I would not hesitate to take my business to Polar Bear Auto: friendly, expert service at fair prices!

  They answer the phone when you call. They are responsive to your scheduling needs. They are transparent with their operations and keep you informed. It took several weeks for me to find a time when I would have my Sprinter van in the area and they had no problem scheduling me in and looking at the problem. It turned out to be simple. They explained what they found, fixed the issue and thoroughly checked over the balance of that system for me. I can't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend them.
