  This is the most terrible truck stop in the USA. My husband and I have been driving a truck across America for more than a year. My husband went to take a shower, and they told him, "You can't go to the shower in those clothes." He came back to the truck, and then we went to the shower together. They told us we couldn't go to the shower together. I told them we are husband and wife, to which they replied that it is the policy of this specific truck stop, because at other Pilot truck stops, I have never heard of such a policy. Apparently, at this truck stop, only gay people can shower together. I went to my shower, and you can't lock it from the inside—there is no safety at all. If you want to take a shower here, keep in mind that they have their own rules, including the rule that you cannot be safe.

  I have received two fraudulent charges on my credit card in the past two months for over $200 each time on dates that I have filled up my Toyota Corolla at this gas station, which costs only about $65. Both times the legitimate $65 charge along with the much higher $200+ fraudulent charge appeared on my credit card on the same date, probably the result of card skimmers on their gas pump credit card readers, requiring me to replace my card with a new card both times. I will no longer use this gas station, where I have been the victim of credit card fraud twice in two months.

  Every time I come to this location whether at random or now because I know what is in the area I’m always taken back by the service and kindness of all even fellow drivers‼️‼️ The service is always top tier no matter who you speak with from fueling or buying mini groceries to the dinner itself which is a wonderful addition to have at a stop; the chef and his team definitely throws it down like it’s the first time which I will recommend eating the Rusty’s bowl, the bobtail burrito as well as the veggie one right under it on the menu‼️‼️ The service from the store side always makes you feel welcomed an literally can answer any question In regards, to what they offer all while dishing up the kindness I’ve learned to look forward too. Always has a place to park for a trucker, lot is always clean and showers never disappoint. I hope this place is always around and even consider if not already open more locations because it’s definitely needed and service its purpose without all the extra flash that most try to catch you with that just flops. Thank you guys all that you do and have been doing; may you keep going for many decades to come‼️‼️‼️‼️ Below is the dish I tried today😋😋😋😋😋
