  5 stars all the way around. OK tire came highly recommended. Adam is the one that helped me. During a very stressful time, Adam was absolutely amazing. He assured me the problem could be solved, he communicated through every step of the way, and every time I spoke with him it felt like I had a friend looking out for me. I highly recommend OK Tire for anyone in need. Thank you so much! 🙏

  My 2011 Jaguar had a misfire on cylinder 7 P0307. The spark plugs was replaced, cause they were the wrong kind (heat) and burnt. Ran tests again, and the misfire was not repeated. Everything was fine, took it home. Next day, I put gas in the car and the sputtering occured again. I was told to bring it back in, so they can look at it. The misfire was back again on cylinder 7. They ran more test, and found "excessive carbon built up inside the cylinder". They did a "fuel injection service kit" on it, and she is back to purring like normal again!! Word of advice: NEVER trust a "used" car salesmen. Mainly on a car that's not covered by the lemon law act. They jimmy-rigged the car, so it seemed it was "OK" This car is 15 years old, and has NEVER had sparks/filters changed since it came out the lot. The sales guy said "it has and their guys did the work. I would suggest using our mechanics." I took it to "their guys" at first, but I kept going back for the same issue. It was like EVERY TIME I take it to "their guys" another issue was found or tubes were cut, etc. Ever since I been taking it to OK Tires, they been fixing the issues that the "other mechanics" did. If you EVER have a issue, always talk to Dominic or Dave.

  Adam was amazing from start to finish. He had all the problems figure out and fixed in a timely manner with keeping me up to date each day. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication Adam. I will always come back to OK tire.

  Spent a bunch of money getting tires and an oil change. Took 3 hrs. Then got quoted for a trans service. They told me come in early so I took off work everything was good til Daniel "checked some number" after matching a quote from a nearby shop..told me now he has to call dealer. So now the quote is no more. So I still ask if they can do it. Then he says they don't want to do it because in case it breaks in 2 weeks. I'm doing the service because I'm coming up on 60k which is the recommended. So I missed another day of work because he so confidently convinced me to bring it in first thing just to be refused. Sounds like he didn't want to be stuck with the quote. And how unconfident in your workers that it may come back in 2 weeks. If I got brakes should I expect my brakes to fail? And I have max care so my car is covered as long as I do the services so I'm on top of everything.
