  Our S60 Volvo sedan was serviced for a mandatory airbag recall. After driving it for less than 100 miles, now the SRS light is flashing and all the dash gauges went out. We called Niello Volvo service department where the recall work was done and they relayed to us that this was not related to their recent work, but a coincidence. "This has nothing to do with the repair," was the response we were given. We have been Volvo owners for the last 35 years. WARNING: Niello Volvo Service Center is not worth the the underlying costs of bringing a Volvo in for work of any kind. Unless you want to end up with more mechanical problems than you started with, we suggest taking your Volvo somewhere else.

  Matt and his team have done a phenomenal job restoring my faith in the Volvo company. I had a terrible experience with the Chico Volvo store (not affiliated) and would encourage everyone to take the trip to Sacramento for a car and/or service. I will make sure I do moving forward.

  I recently sold my Volvo XC90 to Niello Volvo, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Niello took possession of my vehicle on May 14. I was told payment would be sent to my financial institution within 10 days, yet the payoff was not received until May 30. That delay alone was frustrating, especially given that the dealership had already taken possession of my vehicle. Now, nearly 23 days later, I am being told Niello still cannot release my portion of the payment—almost $16,000—because they are waiting for the DMV to release the title. Each person I speak with provides a different explanation, but the result is always the same: no accountability, no clear timeline, and no resolution. The lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable. As a local business owner, I understand how important it is to treat customers with professionalism, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Niello Volvo. Based on this experience, I would not recommend selling your vehicle to this dealership.

  Highly recommend Niello Volvo if you're in the market for this brand! You will not typically find above-MSRP markups and Niello group in general is pretty easy on pre-added options (tracking device, ceramic coating etc.) that increase the price. So from the custom ordering process all the way to the finance office the experience was great. Jess made it all come together — ask for her!

  Don’t buy from here unless you want to get jerked!! They will try and add a windshield warranty for over 2k and a nonsense low jack that you don’t need for 1800 to your out the door pricing. They are an authorized dealer but state they don’t move on pricing.. huh??? Do your research. I found the same make and model with same mileage in a surrounding area for 4-5k less. Don’t be a victim!!
