  I was a decade long customer of Mckevitt Volvo, unfortunately they closed after 100 years of service this April. I purchased a good number of new Volvos from them. I was looking for a dealership since my nearest dealership in San Jose always disappointed me. I found this one although 90 miles from my home. I got a new Volvo V60 cross country from this dealership starting this month. Cole Kelley was the sales person who arranged everything great. It was a quick service and Cole and the team got everything done in 24 hours. Excellent service!!!

  I just purchased a Volvo XC60 T8 Black Edition Ultra at Niello Volvo; the whole experience was easy. Everyone, from the sales person (Cole) to the sales manager to the finance director were thorough, accommodating, and friendly. I was being quoted hundreds of dollars of add-on fees at other dealers; Niello had no extra fees other than a $37 Transfer fee.

  This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever had. First off, Alex was really my first contact with Volvo anything, anywhere. He couldn't be a better fit for this dealership and my whole excellent customer service experience from start to finish. He hung in there with me while I finally made a decision, and really was the reason I kept up my search. They are lucky to have him. He introduced me to Jesse, Chris, Jessica, Riley, Brian and Andrew, all who answered my questions and are equally knowledgeable of their respective roles. They got me through the whole car buying process with patience and concern for my wellbeing. This was super important too. My husband and I have been members of an electric vehicle association for quite some time and I wanted to present something different that I personally own at the shows. Volvo is that understated elegance. Niello Volvo is an EV-PHEV-friendly dealership. You get the support and expertise. I thought I wanted a large 7 seater PHEV, to tow a teardrop trailer, haul extra people and dogs, be luxurious, have excellent safety features, etc. I had my sights on a 2023 XC90 PHEV, used, and away I drove! Well, as much as I liked it, that car was too big for me as a daily driver. With the return policy exclusive to Niello Volvo Cars, I was able to return it. I am now the happy owner of a sporty, posh, used, 2024 XC60 PHEV. I don't use gas for up to 39 miles of errands around town. It's feature-filled in a midsize package, and I love it. It's smooth over bumps, has ample cargo space, and the cabin is so quiet. I can still fit everything I want in it for a longer trip. Thank you kind people of Niello Volvo Cars Sacramento!
