  Had a great experience with Da Chia. She really helped us out with dropping off the vehicle elsewhere. It costs us a bit more but we'll worth it! She was on the phone with a supervisor for some time to gut us hooked up. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate her dedication.

  I typically rent with National through my employer when traveling for business, and this was my second experience with them. Both times have been exceptionally smooth and pleasant. The representative who checked me in was wonderful—friendly, professional, and efficient. The car was very clean and in excellent condition, and the return process was just as seamless. I highly recommend renting with National.

  Pricing and verification rules were completely omitted until I was at the checkout counter. My wife had booked a reservation under company that she was with, but because 1) I was only an authorized driver 2) the discounts that were with her company did not apply to me and 3) she was not with me, I ended up having to pay 150% more than I thought I would have to. It feels predatory and cruel. I will NEVER go with National, again. The car itself was very nice. I feel that the counter agent did everything they could to help and their support staff was great. But when you have a company that loves profit and process more than it values the customer, you lose all of it.

  Right from the beginning it was all smooth sailing. The front office agent, Kim, greeted us with a smile, and continued with great customer service throughout our checkin.. She made the whole process a breeze. Traveling always gives me a bit of anxiety, but she made everything so seamless. The car itself was clean, and was basically a brand new Chevy Trax, with great mpg. No issues and served its purpose for the trip we had planned out! Drop off was so easy, besides being a bit nervous to drive over the spikes! Lol. Will definitely book with National going forward.
