  I am a usual National renter/member. I almost always have good experiences with National, but I had an extremely pleasant time at SMF's National Car Rental. The employees I spoke with were extremely kind and made sure I was all taken care of. They went above and beyond their usual call and I appreciated it.

  I rent from National all the time, and this location punches above its weight. Pa Chia went out of her way to help me, and she was professional, friendly, and a great ambassador for the National brand. The lady who checked my car out at the booth was also great. Without any hesitation, I would rent from this location again.

  Easy website, reasonable prices, easy access, and most importantly representatives at pick up were so kind and so efficient. I will definitely share my positive experience with my friends and family and will be using national again for my next trip. Thank you again for all your kindness.

  Night shift crew was a great help, not many options available upon arrival, but Jake G and Cree B where able to help me find a good car for my trip

  Cree provided exceptional customer service after my flight was delayed. Pushing my arrival past closing, I can imagine the hidden exhaustion after a full shift. The level of service received, especially under the circumstances, did not go unnoticed. Thank you!
