    Overall, my service was quick— but in my experience, this translated to it being a rushed and incomplete job. Ultimately nothing major, but I had to return to the location to have them fix a couple errors which they handled gracefully. I’m giving 3 stars because ultimately most of the mistakes were remedied and one employee —specifically Jayden, stood out for excellent customer service. That being said, I come from an absurdly long history of customer service and management experience so if this store cares about improving their customer satisfaction, I’m always happy to offer some real feedback. A few opportunities for improvement: 1. The young man who handled checking me in was obviously very new and had to get a lot of help in order to get my questions answered or do things like create my user profile, email my receipt after it was printed, apply my coupons, etc—but he got help and ultimately most of the things I asked for still got done in a reasonable time frame. He was pleasant to deal with, but his lack of knowledge was mildly irritating. I don’t hold it against him personally—I just think he’s received insufficient training to be handling customers independently. One thing I didn’t love is how he told me it “wasn’t possible” to email my receipt once it’s been printed. I asked him “Are you sure?” He did end up getting help—and another employee took care of it. I’m not upset about it, I think he was just embarrassed to keep asking for help, but it’s ok to be new! It’s not your fault if you’re not properly trained or if you need extra support when you’re new and don’t ever let an employer (or other team members) make you feel like it is. 2. The way they train their employees to word things is misleading such as “your service light was on so we reset it” when what they really mean is “we reset your service light regardless of whether or not it was on.” (in my case, it was not on so I was confused with how it was stated to me) “You have an oil leak” when what they meant is “we noticed oil residue around the area of your oil pan.” I understand crafting language in order to make an easy upsell, but taking it to the degree of blatantly lying is disingenuous and not a good business practice for a nationally recognized chain in my opinion. Having just had my brand new (to me) car thoroughly vetted by a mechanic I trust— I knew for a fact I did not have an oil leak, which prompted another employee to explain that that’s how they are trained to say it. Lame. 3. I allowed them to upsell me on a cabin air filter, which they did replace. However, when I drove away something came flying off my dash. I checked, and sure enough my glove compartment was not opening correctly because they failed to reassemble it after the install. To their credit, upon noticing this I called and (I think possibly the manager?) a young man named Jayden assured me that he would personally see to it that it would be taken care of, which he was very nice about and did. 4. When the new guy told me they had “inflated” my tires to manufacture specifications—I let him know that I didn’t realize that was part of the service or else I would have told them I specifically have my tires inflated to a PSI I prefer so in reality—they actually deflated my tires. I asked him if he could request they fill them back up to my requested specifications. He said he would tell them to do so, but that did not happen. I’m not sure if he didn’t communicate my request, or he did and the technicians simply forgot. Again, Jayden remedied this upon my return. 5. I stayed in my car while they were fixing the errors. Employees were venting loudly about a customer who called to complain. It sounded like an annoying customer and I was entertained to overhear the juicy gossip—however I think we can all agree that’s unprofessional to do in front of a customer—especially one who is returning due to your initial negligence. Overall, I will not likely not be returning to this location for service. All of my issues were minor but too many for my taste. Thanks for asking!

    Everyone was super friendly, good natured, and attentive. The counter person was exceptionally good, answering questions, making sure that everything was understood from the inspection, service indicators, solutions offered and cost. Today’s crew was top shelf for sure.

    The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for an oil change, they pointed out a couple of add-ons, but didn't try to force them on me. It was entirely up to me if I wanted them or not

He thoroughly explained everything they checked on my vehicle and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was the honest approach — absolutely no upselling or pressure tactics, just great service and attention to detail. The oil change was very thorough, and Cameron even took the time to walk me through everything under the hood, including the fluids they topped off and the components they inspected. It’s refreshing to find a place that values customer service and transparency. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional car care.
