  I originally booked from Priceline, which I've done several times before at this location. I felt like I was getting a good deal from Priceline, but after i booked it, Enterprise called me and told me they didn't have the inventory for the Compact SUV I originally booked, but could upgrade me for $15 more dollars a day. But when I was originally offered the same upgrade through Priceline, it was only a $3 more per day difference when I was pricing the two. I should've argued. I also bought Priceline's 3rd party Collision Coverage, which I didn't realize was non-refundable after I went to pick up the vehicle. So when Enterprise offered me coverage, I was confused as I thought I already had it. They said theirs was a "no-hassle" type coverage vs having to go through the 3rd party which could take a while and have to go through my insurance first which I wanted to avoid. I tried to cancel my original one, but I guess it was past the time, so now I'm out $80 and my costs for the rental went up $158.88 verses the original price. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH AT ENTERPRISE...BUYER BEWARE!!

  I’ve always had great customer service when renting a car here—it’s definitely one of the best places! The staff is very friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with the cars. They’re always clean and provide fast service. Thanks for making every experience great!

  If you want to rent from a place in the hood with poor customer service and attitude, go here. Harvey Singh didn't care that other enterprise spots and their operators gave me the runaround. I have a corporate account. I am pretty much executive status I've used only National and Enterprise for over 10 years as a customer but this is enterprise not National. It's like the red headed step child of the company and this place just DGAF! Go somewhere else where customer service has a definition. Stay out of this hood spot. Their inventory sucks anyways.
