  I booked my rental car one week in advance and arrived at the scheduled pickup time expecting the vehicle to be ready. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was told that my reserved car was stuck at another location and had not arrived. I was then asked to wait another 30 minutes or more. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer service. I asked if there was another vehicle available or any alternative solution, but my request was ignored. If a reserved vehicle is not available, customers should be informed in advance or offered a comparable replacement. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially since I planned ahead by making my reservation a week in advance. I hope Enterprise improves its reservation management and customer service to prevent this from happening to other customers.

  I highly recommend Enterprise Rental Car to everyone. I especially want to thank Ethan for his amazing help. He provided me with a car for 3 days while my car was being repaired. Ethan was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his great service and highly recommend Enterprise!

  Great customer service during pickup and drop-off. Both girls were friendly and understanding of my situation. Even opened the door when I had my hands full with my scooter. Would definitely recommend this location.

  Ethan delivered exceptional customer service! So kind and professional. This is the only place my boyfriend and I will rent a car from. The choices of rental cars they have to offer is excellent.   I needed a rental so after signing in I was givin choice of vehicle that I wanted. The vehicle I chose was brought out dirty. It had alot of chips and scratches on the paint as well as some minor damage. The front windows were hard to see out of. So I brought this up to Addison and she fixed the problem she exchanged the this vehicle for another. She made sure the windows were clean and that anyone could see to drive. Addison knows and does her job quickly and efficiently. She is very polite and friendly. I recommend giving Addison a raise on her wages. Addison is an asset to your company.
