  This is like the best customer service I ever had in the USA. I am a member for many years as well as a travel agent working with company in the travel business and this by far is the best service i receipt from the staff. Jake Sherwood took care of me - although it was my fault for coming after hours as well as the wrong date of booking. But instead of getting upset or turning me away (as expected), Jake instead professionally and friendly took care of me. What is amazing is he is already OFF and late for his next job. I saw him ran to his car quickly after taking care of me. This is so so so amazing. NOT something I expected. I am so happy and grateful. THIS IS the kind of service that will keep me coming back to Enterprise as well as let all my friends and customers know about. In addition shout out to Kenneth okwuosa as well for helping me with such professionalism and friendliness even though it is after hours. Then the day after I came to return and the female staff there was also so amazing. This whole office is amazing.

  I think I’ve found my new favorite Enterprise location! The customer service was excellent, and although I’m not completely sure of the young man’s name who assisted me, I believe it was Jaheim or Ken. Either way, he was friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional service. I give this location a 10/10 for customer service and a 10/10 for cleanliness. Great experience all around, and I’ll definitely be back!

  I came to pick up the car I reserved through Priceline for $86. The employee was rude and argumentative, saying that the vehicle class I booked was unavailable, then pushed me into a $129 rental and blamed it on my phone number not being listed in my profile. What does my phone number have to do with vehicle availability? Even worse, the exact same vehicle category is still available to book online right now. If you do not have that class available, why are you still accepting reservations for it? This looks like a bait and switch. I will be filing a complaint with the California Attorney General and reporting this to Priceline.

  Avoid the Enterprise on 12th Street. They added extra fees to my rental without my knowledge. They emailed the receipt later so fees are much harder to catch. When I tried to resolve it the manager was unhelpful and asked for the original receipt the system had already overwritten. We simply picked the car ip earlier but agent reset it to return to their office. I even ask for them to check the return office address. I've rented from Enterprise for years. but this office practice feel deceptive and disrespectful to customers. I won't be returning here again, and a I hope Enterprise addresses what's happening at this branch.

  Great experience renting from this location. Came in on the train and they picked me up from the station and took me back when it was time to go home. Location was easy to navigate. Staff was helpful and nice. Rental worked out well pick up and return were smooth. Was a little confusing making the reservation with enterprise's national system but once that got figured out the local folks were on it. Ben the shuttle driver was top notch. Will definitly use again when travels take me there in the future.
