  I cannot begin to tell you how much better my experience with Enterprise was compared another rental company (where I was blackmailed into leaving a good review). Everything was super efficient, I got the car that they actually advertise (which had not happened with any other brands). The staff was very professional, they went over the car with me, and the car was clean and didn’t smell! I was super afraid that I was going to get a crap car because it was a one-way rental, but this was great. I have decided this will be our only car company in the future, it’s just not worth it otherwise.

  I haven’t had the chance to complete one of these surveys before. I know the email had been sent in the past, but I could never find the survey link until now. With that said, every single experience I’ve had at this location has been outstanding. The customer service is consistently excellent—from the front desk staff, to the representative who walked me to my car to complete the payment process, to the employee who checked my vehicle when I returned it. I believe her name was Elinoire (I returned my car yesterday around 4:45 PM), and she was incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve also received follow-up calls checking on my experience from someone I believe was named Lorie. I hope I’m getting everyone’s names right, because every one of them deserves recognition for the exceptional service they provide. The entire team makes the rental process so easy and stress-free, and that’s something I truly appreciate. I look forward to renting from this location again!

  Glad to see good customer service still exist. Appreciate the professionalism the young man that checked us in had good customer service, positive attitude and the young man that checked us out was even better made sure that we were satisfied completely and that’s why we continue to be enterprise customers for over 30 years Thank you 😊

  I want to give a huge thank you to Manager Jake at Enterprise for providing outstanding customer service and turning a difficult situation into a positive experience. A few weeks ago, my uncle was critically ill, and I urgently needed a rental car on a Saturday to make the 5-hour drive to be with my family. I rented a vehicle from the Arden location, but unfortunately, the car was dirty inside and out, and it wasn’t provided with a full tank of gas. Because of the family emergency, I didn’t have time to stop and address the issues—I just needed to get on the road. After my uncle passed away, I was finally able to gather myself emotionally and make some calls that following Tuesday. I contacted another Enterprise location and asked to speak with a manager about my experience. That’s when I was connected with Jake. Jake went above and beyond to listen, show genuine compassion, and make things right. He treated me with kindness, professionalism, and understanding during one of the hardest times in my life. His willingness to help completely changed my perception of the situation and reminded me what great customer service looks like. Thank you, Jake, for being awesome and for truly caring about your customers. Because of the way you handled everything, I will definitely be returning to this location for my future rental needs and recommending it to others.
