  The location staff and customer service literally said they would call me if a Jeep Wrangler was available and I could switch my car. I waited five days and nothing. I returned the car that I had and there’s a Jeep Wrangler sitting on the lot.

  Such a great, professional business. They have an amazing manager (forgot to ask his name), and overall the whole experience was smooth, helpful, and accommodating. I rent cars quite a lot for business and personal, and can definitely say this is one of the best branches I have been to in California. Keep up a great job and wonderful customer service!

  Worst customer service anywhere. Eli Anderson the alleged manager at this location rented a car to someone else that I had already rented that morning and was just waiting to be cleaned. He then placed me in another vehicle knowing I was going on a 50-day road trip that only have 98 miles available before it needed a full service. I called corporate when I was stranded in the middle of nowhere in Nevada and they said they would get back to me in a couple of days! A few miles further I started getting all kinds of alerts that tire pressure was wrong and all the tires. By this time you could no longer read how much gas you had in the vehicle because all the alerts covered it. The entire trip was a nightmare adding extra days to my trip at Great expense for hotels and meals and causing me to miss the celebration of life for my mother and my sister. No one at Enterprise cared about anything the manager at Detroit metropolitan airport was as rude if not ruder than Eli Anderson. They turned what was supposed to be a very important and very memorable trip into nothing but a nightmare and they could care less. I was waiting for a call back from Eli Anderson since the 11th of June and never got it. I called corporate when I was stranded on June 12th and never got a call back from them either. When I returned on June 25th Eli Anderson said he would have his boss contact me within a week and here we are two weeks later and nothing from anyone.

  I like the customer service a lot here. Some of the best I’ve seen. I changed my mind 3 times. Nobody cared just ok we’ll get that ready for you. Had an issue with my card and they helped resolve it quickly. Have got me into nothing but nice clean vehicles. I respect the help I’ve received even if I’m a bit picky. Thank you enterprise team!!

  Transactionn was smooth from beginning to end as rental car was provided by my insurance company. The return was handled by the repair shop and saved us a trip!
