  Today 07/07/2026. I came to this location. a white girl behind the table first from right. I forgot her name. she disappointed me with her behavior and customer service, she needs to know that business is separate from choice. she needs to learn good customer service and behavior skills

  I had a phenomenal experience renting from Arden Enterprise, this was my 3rd time renting from this location and im pleased with the customer service. Eli Anderson was very professional and very well mannered, although they were super busy on the day before 4th of july my pick up was as smooth as can be. There is a reason why this location is highly rated!! The whole staff was great, thanks again guys.

  I was in a horrible car accident, which is the reason why I was in a rental! From the moment I picked up the vehicle at this location, to dropping it off—including the phone call reminder—I experienced nothing but kindness! The entire experience was absolutely wonderful! If you’re looking for a rental and a great experience, this is the location to visit!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Last night, I reserved a six-passenger vehicle through your online system and was scheduled to pick it up at 9:00 AM. Because we urgently needed the vehicle, we walked for nearly an hour to reach the Arden Way location. However, upon arrival, we were informed that only a five-passenger vehicle was available. This is unacceptable. Your online reservation system advertised and confirmed a six-passenger vehicle, yet the branch could not honor the reservation. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided when making a booking. In addition, the customer service we experienced was very poor. The supervisor, in particular, was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of offering a solution or showing empathy, she spoke in a manner that made the situation even more frustrating. I expect a company of your reputation to provide accurate reservations and treat customers with respect. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both the reservation process and the quality of customer service at this location.

  I went to Enterprise on Arden way. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. They had a good selection of cars in the lot. They helped me as soon as they could. Bryce was great! Got me in a very comfortable car and got me on my way. But my experience with customer service on the phone was horrible! I had a flat tire and I was told by customer service that someone can fix it since I had a spare and told me to go to the nearest enterprise which I did. They didn't have anything similar to the car I rented so I got put in a small compact car then I had to drive to the airport to get a different car. Which was still not comparable to the car I originally rented. And also the enterprise in Corona, CA was horrible. Horrible customer service and horrible selections in car. Anyways, all this took a span of 4 hours. I just got out of surgery and I was in pain!! When I came back home to Sacramento, I called customer service to see if I can switch cars and even extend my vehicle and they kept giving me the run around “we’re having system issues” “there’s a glitch” “we’ll have a manager contact you” and NO ONE contacted me back in the 4 days I had the rental extended for. But when I finally returned the car back to Enterprise in Arden, I was greeted by Chris and Bryce I told them my situation and about what happened and so they apologized and told me I should of just contacted them instead of customer service. Which I will do now moving, forward. Chris was sweet and empathetic. He closed out my rental agreement and got me out with in a few minutes. The best costumer service is from that location! I will def be recommending and going to that specific location for my rentals. All in all it was good.
