  The staff were great when the first van smelled like cigarettes. The next van was newer, got great gas mileage and was comfort for our family on a two day road trip. The return process was quick and easy.

  My experience at Enterprise at Sacramento Airport was excellent. I paid and checked in online, so all I had to do was walk up to the counter and get my keys. I was given a Buick Envision that had 5,000 miles on it with excellent brakes and a full tank of gas. The car was so nice to drive during our trip. When it was time to return the car, we dropped it off before they opened. The drop off set-up was easy to figure out, and catching the shuttle back to the airport was conveniently right in front of the rental drop off area. 10/10

  I rented a Porsche 911 from Enterprise’s Exotic Collection as an upgrade from the pre-booked “standard luxury” vehicle I originally reserved. At first, I was extremely excited, especially considering this is roughly a $200,000 vehicle. The first issue I encountered was that I was not verbally informed there was a mileage limit on the Porsche. Had I known ahead of time, I likely would have stayed with my original reservation that included unlimited mileage. To the manager’s credit, this concern was later addressed, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, additional concerns came up during the rental. I noticed the tires on the Porsche appeared heavily worn/balding, which was concerning given I was driving through the Santa Cruz Mountains. The brakes were also noticeably squeaky and sounded poorly maintained, which further impacted my confidence in the vehicle’s condition and safety. This is not the first time I’ve rented a vehicle from Enterprise and experienced maintenance-related concerns. After spending a significant amount on this rental, the experience was disappointing and will likely make me reconsider renting from Enterprise again in the future.

  Great experience after a long day of travel. Shout-out to Sarah who helped us get things situated quickly and offered some travel tips. She was so kind and helpful! She is clearly really good at her job and had our car ready in mere minutes. It's rare to find such great service. Navigation tip: Take the rental car shuttle from the baggage claim level to the rental car area. The exit to the shuttles are to the far left side of the baggage claim. Signs for the shuttles were not clear until you go over to that left side. Once outside, it's the farthest shuttle stop to the right. The others are for various parking lots. There's a couple rental shuttles A and B (that I saw anyway), and they will take you to the same place.
