- JMJ MLMay 11, 20262.0The first car they gave me smelled of cigarette smoke. The second car, a Hyundai venue, had doors that unlocked as soon as you put it in park. I’m sure that’s about the car and not the rental place but that’s terrifying for many women. The car also had no washer fluid and had an alert showing that it was in need for an oil change in 30 miles or something. The line was really long inside and then they expect you to wait while they clean the car before you leave.

The staff were kind, helpful, and didn't seem put out by anything. Smiles and helpfulness go a long way. Thank you!

I went there to rent a car and they denied me because I didn’t have a credit card they can put on file. I just moved here so my license has my old address but I’m still from California so all I had to do was show proof of address which is stated on their policy but the lazy guys at the counter didn’t say that but instead they wanted to be unprofessional and dismissed that fact and still told me I needed a credit card and I can’t use my debit card. I needed to pick up my cap and gown for graduation and now I can’t thanks to the unprofessional, uneducated workers that’s located here.
