  Excellent customer service, I was super impressed as someone who has not always had the best experience with Enterprise in the past. I highly recommend this branch. The customer service I received from Ryan and also the woman who picked me up and gave me a ride (unfortunately I did not catch her name) was 10/10. Thanks to this experience, I would absolutely use Enterprise again and would recommend this location to anyone. The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and transparent.

  Absolutely, the worst place to rent a car from!! As the claimant In an accident, They collected from the insurance and from me And they want me to deal with the insurance to get reimbursed. Absolutely horrible

  I’m thoroughly delighted with my recent car rental at this Power Inn location. The car was spotless and in excellent condition, and the customer service was exceptional. The team of Ryan, Erik, Shane, and Trent went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank to them I become a loyal Enterprise customer!

  I have had the need to rent a car 3 times in the last 3 months. I was guided through the process by Izzie who is an Ambassador of Customer Service for Enterprise. He exemplifies what Enterprise should want and expect from their locations and staff. He is extremely efficient, he anticipates the potential pitfalls and communicates and listens to the customer. He knows the status of every car in his location and those of nearby locations. I observed his calm yet quick and steady demeanor deftly juggling assets resources and body shop affiliates. He provided logical and clear cut instructions on how to optimize the available vehicles with the needs of the customers that appear to never stop. I live in N. Idaho but I retired from UCDavis Health System. I was a facilitator and instructor of staff on Customer Service. I am impressed with the commitment to the customer that I was provided at the Arden Way office initially but this time I went to Power Inn location in Sacramento. Izzie and the staff at this location was as good as I have ever experienced and I am 76 yrs old and have yet to see better. He is a gem to work with and my loyalties are solid with Enterprise thanks to him.
