  Good location for a rental. Clean, on time, good cars, professional employees. Pick up ride from home and to location was professional and on time. Thumbs up for Enterprise . 6 stars

  I reserved a 'Special / Compact' car, but upon arrival, they tried to downgrade me to a tiny economy car without offering any other options. To make it worse, they told me I had to pay an extra daily fee if I wanted a 'better' car, which felt incredibly sketchy. I knew that under my reservation terms, they aren't allowed to force an economy car on you just to pressure you into paying more for the category you actually booked. After making me wait, they finally came back and agreed to give me a compact car—acting like they were doing me a huge favor, when they were simply giving me what I had already paid for. Keep an eye on your reservation terms at this location

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and stress free. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had a vehicle that met my needs. The car was clean, well maintained, and reliable throughout my rental. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from this location again. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.
