  “So What’s The Point Of A Reservation Way In Advance?” The Agent Responds, “Even If You Book A Vehicle In Advance, It Doesn’t Guarantee You One!” Therefore I Shouldn’t Be Frustrated We Show Up For Our SUV The Day Of Our Trip, And She Says, They Have NO CARS? Unbelievable. We Sit Wait, Watch A Guy Come In Returning An SUV - I Ask For That One - He Didn’t Put Gas In It, Now He Leaves To Do So - He Takes Forever, And They STILL Had To Clean It And Get It Ready For Us. Then A Women Walks In, NO Reservation Looking For A Car. A Different Agent Says “We Have A Sentra, A Corolla And One More.” WHAT?? I Ask Our Agent - So You DO Have Cars?? Why Weren’t We Offered Those Sitting Here All This Time? “Oh Well Which One?” SO Irritating!! We Ended Up In A Nissan Sentra. Just To GO!! Myself, My Brother & Sister & Our Suitcases And Stuff Were Just Uncomfortable. Yet, It Was A Very Nice Car, Worked Great, Good On Gas, Just Smooth! So I’m Being Fair About My STARS! The Rest Of My STARS Were For Today. When I Dropped The Car Off, My Whole Experience Changed. JOSE Asked How Everything Went And I Just Vented To Him, About The Previous Visit Compared To This One - Just Letting Him Have It! Surprisingly, He Was Such A Great Listener, With Explanation. He Actually Took Accountability, With A Sincere Apology. Apparently, That Was Really All I Needed To Want To Come Back. He Is An Absolute Superstar At His Job And Definitely Cares About His Customers! So, Thank You JOSE For Restoring My Faith In Enterprise Again!!

  Extremely busy took a long time to get through the reservation part of it it took 3 hours to rent a car here after making the reservation online

  Called to reserve a vehicle. Was given incorrect information, about a after hrs service. Manager was rude. I get it was not her fault but it was not ours either. Charging 150.00 more to drop vehicle off at airport. Train your staff better to avoid this type of situation.
