  The customer service was was very good from all: phone also in their office especially Valerie Gonzalez who was efficient fun and friendly.

  DuPri, Sonilla and the rest of the team provided excellent customer service. I chose to rent specifically from Enterprise and National (mainly Enterprise locations) as there has been nothing comparable, in my experiences. The only thing I do find consistent NATIONWIDE, are the hazy and dirty inside windshields. One day it can become a thing of the past.

  DuPri is an excellent manager! He made every effort to understand my needs and made every provision to accommodate my unconventional rental request. I was even provided a complimentary upgrade to make sure I had the best quality rental vehicle available. He has superb interpersonal communication skills. He treats both customers and his subordinates with respect and care. I’m grateful I chose this location for my business needs!

  Driving the car was fine but the approach when it comes to driving the car and returning it could be a Lil smoother. I didn't appreciate the manager charging me another protection fee and the car hasn't been returned yet and the car was extended for a few more days. I skulls have been charged for the additional fee. Plus their needs to be a more organized way for reservations to be handled one the weekend if you have a set time to pick up. Having to wait over an hour to pick up a car is unprofessional and sets a bad example about your ability have cars ready for pick up. The deposit is way too high on top of you getting the car as well, I get why you do it but I think it should based on credit score to determine if you pay $300 or not a deposit at all even if you are not using a credit card.

  AVOID THIS LOCATION if ALL Possible. I had a reservation for 7:30 am and was told it would be a little wait . Which was confusing because they just opened up at 7:30. After waiting patiently for 2 hrs , at 9:30 they tried to give me a Chrysler Van which I did not request. That was too big and I reserved for a compact SUV. I didn’t need a gas guzzler since I was going to be driving a distance. I requested a ride home since my wife and I were extremely frustrated and upset. What’s the point of a reservation??? I admit I did curse and fussed in the lobby and outside the business but not towards no one or at one. I was beyond pissed. The manager wants to make excuses about it being World Cup weekend that’s why there is a shortage.. NO EXCUSE. Have stock already available instead of scrambling for ppl to return cars in and hurrying up cleaning them while us PAYING customers have to wait. Such an inconvenience and my time is valuable like every one else. Had some previous issues with this location before but Danielle the previous Mgr took care of the situation. I never waited 2 hrs ever for a car at any Enterprise nor any car rental place. The new mgr Dupree wasn’t helpful neither . I will not come back to this unorganized, unprofessional location no more . Enterprise used to be better than this . 20 yrs ago it was the World Class company but not anymore .
