  Outstanding Service from Hayden We returned our rental car to Enterprise today and had the pleasure of working with Hayden. He carefully looked the car over, confirmed that everything was in great condition, completed the return efficiently, and clearly explained the deposit refund and what we could expect. What stood out most, however, was Hayden himself. He has a wonderful personality, a great sense of humor, and an easy, professional way of dealing with customers that makes the entire experience enjoyable. He was friendly, personable, thorough, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the return process. Hayden has that special quality that is difficult to teach—the ability to connect naturally with people while still taking care of business professionally. He represents Enterprise extremely well. We would not be surprised at all to see Hayden move up quickly within the Enterprise organization. He has the personality, professionalism, and people skills to go a long way. We wanted to make sure Enterprise knows what an outstanding job he did. Employees like Hayden deserve to be recognized. Greg

  Communication was awful. Was notified day of at 4:00pm that the rental was due i tried texting you guys to reach out and and get this corrected with my insurance. Didn't get a response back. Two day later when I have a chance to take the rental back called in advance to see if there are any outside charges to have this corrected with insurance before dropping it off was told no. I get there and you guys tried to slap me with a $350 dollar charge.

  I reserved a rental car three days ago. After waiting three days, I was told that the car was ready, and it was supposed to be an electric car. Now they are telling me that they do not have an electric or hybrid car available. This is very disappointing and poor customer service.

  Bad service told me a was listed as no car rent contacted enterprise they checked my license and said I was not listed and I could rent from them frustrating because loss of my time and money having to get uber to go to hertz
