  Staff was professional. Had a short wait to get my car but got a Honda Civic that worked very well on my trip. Only negative issue was there being less than 1/2 tank of gas in the car on pickup however Omar gave me $25 off my rental when I returned the car which I greatly appreciated.

  Reserved a week ahead and no car, Staff decided he wants me to walk his lot and find out if there is a car or not, I had to go around town, calling every enterprise, no car, finally a car where I picked up west sac, got a car that smell of cigarettes' so bad, i started having headaches and my nose got stuffed up, I had no choice but to take this car for 4 days, I called ahead of time how much I owe for the extra day twice, Saturday I was told 39, the day of return I was told 39, I mention to the staff that i get off at 4:30 and I'll be there by closing time which is 6, I was still charged 22 extra but staff didn't charge me as you can not give me wrong information and then still charge me, when I stated I'd be off at 4:30 and returning the car before closing at 6. Staff also told me they don't make money off these cars, but again that is not to my concern how much they make or if they don't make at all.

  Not a variety of cars which makes it slow for staff to get you in one fast. So plan ahead because you can be there for a long time.

  Due to an unfortunate circumstance I had to rent a vehicle to resume my responsibilities and commitments. I was grateful to receive a courtesy ride from a kind, patient and professional young lady. I forgot your name but I did not forget how you made me feel during my circumstance. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Chandler Burkett. Chandler acknowledged my presence as soon as I entered the building. He didn't disappear after checking me in...he explained the contract and he found me a suitable vehicle shortly after. I did not wait long at all (*which is subject to change based on vehicle availability.) Chandler Burkett provided me with excellent service and support! Chandler is professional, knowledgeable and he appreciated my service, what a star!

  I want to thank Shane, Omar, Katie, Adrian, Will, Nate, Chandler, and the entire team for all their help and support. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication. Thank you all for making such a positive impact I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service
