She really went the extra mile to help me with multiple transactions while also assisting coworkers and phone calls without seeming frazzled or short with anyone. Another worker was also very quick and helpful, grabbing my orders and opening the door for me with my hands full. Everyone was positive and the vibe in the store was good despite being a very busy day. And unfortunately didn’t get the name of the individual that was having my orders, but she did excellent work as well.

We purchase parts like window regulators and window motors almost every day, so having a convenient location is extremely important for our operations. I went into this location, filled out a commercial account application, and was told someone would follow up. No one ever called. After I followed up myself, I was told I couldn’t open an account because this store is “not my home store.” That doesn’t make sense for a mobile business that operates all over the city. We specifically chose this location because it’s centrally located and makes it easier for our technicians to pick up parts quickly and stay efficient. The lack of communication and unclear reasoning was disappointing. We were ready to bring consistent daily business, but instead we wasted time with no real solution.
