  People working over here are bullshit. I asked for white color, headlight bulbs. They give me the yellow color when I went to ask for. Refund they say no refund don’t come over here. Bullshit place

  Much appreciation to Brandon at this AutoZone store. Brandon paid attention to detail and showed much patience while dealing with multiple customers and attending to my automotive services. I was happy with the precision in that Brandon operated to install my car battery in a small margin of time. Thank you, AutoZone for employing excellent customer service employees.

  I had a great experience at AutoZone! The Sofia was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed.   Very Disappointing Experience – Incorrect Inventory Information I had a very frustrating experience with AutoZone. The website showed that the part I needed was in stock at a nearby store. I first went to the Broadway location, only to be told they did not have it and that the only location showing it in stock was the Mack Road store, about 6 miles away. I drove to the Mack Road location specifically because the website indicated the part was available. When I arrived, I was told the part was supposedly in the back room, in the back area. After searching, they eventually told me, “We’re sorry, we don’t have it.” The entire trip cost me at least three hours of my time, including driving and waiting. I would never have made the trip if the inventory information had been accurate. I understand that inventory systems can occasionally have errors, but this is not a minor inconvenience when customers are driving significant distances based on the information AutoZone provides. My time is valuable too. If a part is not actually available, the website should not show it as being in stock. Very disappointing experience. I hope AutoZone improves the accuracy of its inventory system and takes customers’ time more seriously.
