  I don’t want criticize to any business bcz I own a business also last Tuesday I ordered brake pad first they delivered wrong parts after that I ordered again they delivered 2 hours late customer was very mad on us sometimes they don’t have a inventory in stock so please hire more delivery driver I have also O’Reilly account and it’s also on walking distance but i prefer autozone

  I have been going to this same Autozone since 2007 and this location is by far the best autozone. They always try to be helpful and are on point.

  This auto zone has a female worker who treats customers poorly like if she really hates her job and like she forced to help customers who ask her for help will never come back to this Northgate location

  I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Yohana Tapa. My friend and I brought used engine oil for recycling. We are two separate people, but we arrived in the same truck because it has enough space to carry everything. At every other AutoZone location we’ve visited, each person has been allowed to recycle up to 5 liters, so together we’ve always been able to recycle 10 liters without any issues. Yohana refused to accept it and repeatedly kept saying, “In my store, we don’t do that.” Her attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. If this is truly a store-specific policy, it should be explained respectfully instead of speaking to customers as if the store personally belongs to her. A simple question: is she able to carry one AutoZone store on her own name the way she keeps calling it “my store" What made the experience even more confusing is that another manager at the same location has helped us before and has always been respectful and has never had a problem with two separate people recycling their allowed amounts. Unfortunately, this interaction with Yohana was completely different and left a very negative impression. Customer service is about treating people with respect, even when explaining a policy. I hope AutoZone addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience. Three stars for the another male manager only
