  Woman who answered the photo hung up on me after I asked if she carried Fram Titanium oil filters. She said she needed the information for my car and I told her that I’m looking for a line of filters, that the car was irrelevant. She hung up when I asked to speak to someone else there.

  The two men were helpful and kind. Then the lady whose name I am unsure of could not take the answer of "no I do not need help, the 2 men already helped me, I'm just working on finishing this so I can check out" and she just copped tha biggest attitude about me looking at the products I need on the counter as I find them online after I could not get my phone to connect it's tap pay.

  My sisters vehicle had a dead battery, the battery had been purchased at another Auto Zone and when the employee was trying to look it up, he couldn’t locate the battery with my sister’s vehicle. The employee kept searching and come to find out the battery was listed under a friends old vehicle so the employee was able to swap the battery since it was still under warranty. He also tested all the systems after it was installed, top notch service at this location, I will certainly return if I need anything for a vehicle. I did not get the employee’s name but the excellent service was done this morning on April 16th.

  miguel installed my new battery and replaced my battery terminals without hesitation. super knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was done properly. really appreciated the extra effort. great service.

  I went in as my negative cable for my battery post kept lifting causing a power shortage. The manager ended up suggesting I get a cap to put on the battery for a better fitting. It ended up not fitting as it was too wide, the manager, Pranee, got some tools, and took the time to tighten the connection to the battery and refunded me for the part that did not end up working out. I'm very happy with the service he provided. Thanks Autozone! 💜
