  Windshield replacement was seamless. Staff was great. But i didn't like that when they ran my debit card, they ran it as a recurring charge, which it is not. I stopped payment on the recurring part.

  Had our Tesla windshield changed last week. Told me it would be done by 4pm. (They close at 5pm) I tried calling them to ask if it was nearly done but you cannot get a live person on the phone. It’s a fully automated system. Being that they closed at 5pm, I made my way down there only to find out that it’s still not finished and then they will need to recalibrate my windshield camera (which can take up to 30 minutes). Sat there for one hour until I decided to go back home and come back in the morning. If I was able to speak to a live person, it would have saved me the 1-1/2 hour wasted trip I made. Complete inconvenience.
