  I want to share my experience so other customers can be careful before choosing this shop. I brought my vehicle to this location for an A/C issue. During their inspection/repair process, one of their technicians damaged a coolant hose, which made my vehicle undrivable. After that, I was charged significant parts and labor fees related to the damage and other work. What concerned me the most was the lack of clear written estimate and authorization before the charges were made. Some of the charges did not match what was actually done. For example, I was charged for items related to a sensor even though the sensor was not actually replaced. The labor charges also seemed excessive and not clearly explained. Because of the situation, I filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. After the complaint, the shop agreed to issue a refund, but the refund process has been delayed, and I still have not received the check. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Customers should be very careful, ask for a detailed written estimate before any work is done, confirm exactly what parts are being replaced, and keep all receipts and records. ————————after 3month———————- Update: I have now received the refund, but it took a lot of time, effort, follow-ups, and a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair before the issue was finally resolved. My original concern was the lack of clear communication, written authorization, and billing transparency. I brought my vehicle in for an A/C issue, and during the inspection/repair process, a coolant hose was damaged, making the vehicle undrivable. After that, I was charged for parts and labor that were not clearly explained. I appreciate that the refund was eventually issued, but this experience was stressful and difficult to resolve. I strongly recommend that customers protect themselves: get a written estimate before any work is done, confirm every charge, and keep all receipts, messages, and records.

  this is the place I go for everything I need done to my car. The people there who work on the car are very, very kind and trustworthy and to me that’s the most important thing. I trust these people there.
