This posting is for Sam that helped me on the phone. Doesn't want to help and check if they have parts available for me to stop by and get a repair done. " No, it's the weekend and everybody is closed". Lazy

⭐️ 1 STAR — AVOID THIS PLACE I had a 1:30 PM appointment for a wheel alignment and arrived on time. It is now 4:30 PM — THREE HOURS later — and they still haven’t even started working on my car. They told me it would be done “before 6 PM.” Then what exactly is the point of making an appointment? If your “appointment” just means drop off the car and wait until whenever you feel like working on it, then don’t call it an appointment. I wasted three hours of my time and eventually took my car back and left. Before you run a repair business, I strongly suggest buying a dictionary and looking up what the word “appointment” actually means. Avoid this place.

Mountainview is an reliable auto shop to repair or replace your auto parts in a necessary situation. They checked my tire pressure anytime I asked. Their staffs are friendly and kind. At one point Sam even helped to glued my tennis shoe top part because of its wide opened mouth.😄Thanks again Sam and all staffs.😊🥰
