- VHVita HotAug 7, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this gas station and want to warn other customers to be careful. I came to the station to fill up my car and went inside to pay with cash. I selected the pump and put the nozzle in my car, but I had not pumped a single drop of gas yet. However, $20 had already been charged from the amount I paid. I went back inside and asked the employee how this could happen when I had not even started pumping gas. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or helping me, she became extremely rude, started yelling at me, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner. I asked her to return the money so that I could properly pay for and pump my gas, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Please be very careful when paying for gas at this location. Always check the pump and make sure the amount you paid is actually applied to the gas you are pumping. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service in the future.
