  Although I had a pretty bad experience with the sales side when I bought my vehicle, I had a 5 star experience with the service department, mainly thanks to my service advisor, Melinda! She was very professional yet very congenial. She genuinely listened to my concerns and requests and actively sought a solution, unlike others who pretend to listen but listens blindly. Not with Melinda, she addressed all my concerns and had a real answer for each. I wouldn’t go to any other service advisors at this point.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that I recently received. I dropped my car off for a diagnosis due to a recurring check engine light when I picked it up no diagnosis was made and techs failed to inform me that my brake light is out and that my AC was blowing hot. I was even gaslit about my AC being out, having a tech insist that I dropped my car off with a busted AC. The faulty AC wasn’t even mentioned in the diagnosis and neither was the brake light, my neighbor had to tell me when I got home. My car had been in their possession for a week, I do not understand how a hot AC and our brake light get missed in a multi point inspection, especially when I was promised the job would be extremely thorough. Prior to picking my car up, I requested to speak with a service manger so that I could ask about the trade in value for my car if the CEL problem wasn’t fixed, I was also hoping to be connected with someone in sales so I could start the process of buying a new car. Every attempt to request a service manager was ignored even when I arrived to pick up my car. I will be purchasing a new car within the next few weeks and it will NEVER be a Chevy because I refuse to deal with this service center ever again. I was burned once by them before the name change, very unfortunate that nothing but the logo has changed.

  Purchasing our Chevy truck from Roseville Chevrolet was the most pleasant experience we have had when buying a new vehicle, ever. Our sales rep, Christian Almazan, was so helpful and patient. He listened to what we were asking for, and led us directly to the perfect truck. We never felt pressured to buy above our means. And Christian got us so many perks and deals that made our truck so much more perfect for us.

  I was in the market for a new Chevy Bolt, and shopped several dealers for quotes mainly online. I made my purchase from Roseville Chevrolet because they beat all their competitors on price, and they were great to deal with. A lot of dealers have low advertised prices but then tack on overpriced "mandatory" dealer add-ons like paint protection and door edge guards that basically claw back all the discounts. Roseville doesn't play the dealer add-on game or employ high-pressure sales tactics. They compete honestly on price and service and were upfront and transparent. Whereas other dealers were cagey about providing itemized written out-the-door quotes to compare (with all taxes/fees included), Roseville provided them promptly via text as I requested. In particular I want to give a shout out to their internet sales manager Kiree, who got me a great deal on the car. He was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and highly responsive both before and after the sale. He even came in on his day off to make sure the delivery process was seamless.
