  When I came in I needed to switch my cars license # since I had got a new car. I asked if I could just go through because I was already late the manager said no. Mind you I pay for the lucky duck. So I go around call the service line and have it replaced to my current car, the plate number was off by one number cause the customer service lady pushed one button wrong. The guy up front was nice about it and let me through but their manager downgraded me to the regular wash. For what? Because the lady didn’t punch in the right number? If I am paying for your top service I expect that. I almost canceled my account and called my bank to dispute all the charges over the months but decided since this is the only place I had a bad experience I will continue using them and just avoid this one at all costs.

  Went today and not only were the team members fast and efficient at what they do, they were also very friendly. Great team! Great Job!

  The water and the air prusser too strong, My 2025 pilot start leaking from the truck, I wash the carein a afew another locations with no issue. I opened a claim but no one follow up.
