  If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that one...Yev was the person who was showing us the car...after he told me there was no negotiations on the price of the vehicle we decided to leave...he text me later saying these cars are really hard to find and encouraged me to come back and buy this one...the next day he contacted me again saying he'd take 1000 off for the tracking device which was optional so of course he thought I was stupid enough to think he was trying to help me make a deal...he continued saying how bout 500 off...I told him his offers were insulting and wasting my time so unless he had a real offer please stop contacting me...he continued to ask if I found a car yet and I stopped answering him...today he sends me a message saying hey good news on the car it sold...like why would I care...he did it to be annoying and childish...I wrote him back letting him know that I will be contacting his manager and writing a bad review and his response was thank you...I contacted Sam the manager who asked for more details which I gave him however I have yet to hear from him...Hopefully this review will detour people from shopping for a vehicle at such a petty classless establishment!

  Always a pleasure working with Neillo of Roseville their service is always phenomenal. As soon as you arrive someone greets you and they are always in a good mood. Any worker that passes by greets you to make sure you’ve been assisted. We purchased our Honda from this dealership and they were amazing to work with from the start. We are now going on a year with the vehicle and been able to work with Josh from the service department two times and both times he has been very pleasant to work with. He is always sure to follow up with us on any additional information and keep us updated when our car is being serviced. And not only is it Josh but also all the other persons working there in general are great when you’re there.
