    Two stars because the recall services on the car were done quickly. When I came to pick up the car it was difficult for me to walk, an attendant said someone would be out to help me. 20 mins later he came back out and said he's not sure what's happening inside I would need to go in there to talk to someone. I go inside to see an employee huddle of them doing nothing but talking, socializing. It would be nice if they cared about their customers. I won't be coming back here for any reason. They thought their socializing was more important than helping a customer. It took me an hour to pick up a car. No they were not busy. I was the only one waiting for a car at the time. Very disappointed at the level of service at the service dept. It doesn't surprise me because it's Roseville. I'm not sure who these employees are trying to impress. A clear lack of communication on their part even though they can clearly communicate with each other when it's about their personal life. But not when a customer needs help, a part of their job description. What they get an income for every pay check. But I don't work there so I don't know the customer service protocol.

    Drove yo my service appointment with 4 perfectly functioning tires and left with one with a fast leak. Light to fill with air turned on as soon as I drove off the service lot. The next morning my tire was completely flat. Had to have roadside assistance come out to put on a spare so I could get my kids to school and go into work. I think it’s quite suspicious that my tire just suddenly had a fast leak. I am not happy and will not be using Future Nissan again in the future.

    Made an appointment for a rattling sound on my car, the service provider told me it’d be a quick look. Ended up being there for 2 hours before I went back up to the desk asking what’s going on with my car, a different service provider told me the car had been diagnosed. Super frustrating to have been waiting so long at that point and not being updated. After another 15 mins my service provider that had originally started with me let me know what was going on and that it’d be a $3 fix with a clip. That was great news, again he told me it was going to be a quick fix. I arrived at 2:30 and didn’t leave till almost 4:50. I’m overall happy with the end result but managing expectations especially in terms of time was not honored. Unfortunately I’m a customer service consulting and work flow management specialist, what I witnessed was a lot was walking and talking from point A to B to C instead of actually working especially from middle management. I can’t imagine bringing my car back even for a “quick” fix.

    Yes yesterday went to Nissan service Tuesday book a appointment at 11am for Wednesday. Went to Nissan service greeted by a new guy Nissan attendent and the person was very slow and making excuses why I could not get a transmission CVT flush even though it wasn't time I wanted to be safe than sorry The Nissan attendent purposefully took a long time Just to get my appointment done. I go to this place a lot and spent a lot of money Here not good guys let do better.

    We had a recall on our Nissan rogue so we took it to this location to fix the situation. From beginning to end this location made us feel comfortable that they would get the job done and they did just that. Not only did they take me home to wait for service they picked me up. They kept me informed the whole time showing me exactly what they worked on with a video which I thought was pretty cool. They checked for everything, made sure everything was good. Not only the recall issue. Love that. So not having to pay for anything and Nothing wrong with my car and having great customer service Was a 10 out of 10 for me! I recommend this location for your car service needs!!
