Plus Jeff Jones was extremely helpful with the servicing of my car (as usual). He assisted me to my car and made sure I got in safely. Jeff is always the gentleman.

There should be a note on the website the explains why noon appointments on Mondays and Fridays take longer than usual. Had I seen that, I would have chosen a different day and time. Questionable as to whether I will return for more service at this dealership.
