They have an a.i. assistant answering the phone now. Takes your info and says someone will call back or text. Nobody ever called or text me.

I was hesitant to buy a truck from Future Nissan. I've had prior bad experience when getting my Nissan Juke serviced here. But my salesman Nick found me a truck I really liked.
As soon as I drove my truck home I noticed my Nissan Frontier was pulling to the left. I reported it 24 hours after I purchased to my salesman. He said to bring it in to the service department. I made an appointment for a couple days later. When i got there i was told I needed to stay in the truck. They left me sitting there for 20 minutes. When they finally let me out of the truck and granted me passage in the building, there was some confusion on who was paying for it. I was told that I might have to pay for it and have to bring it back in 2 weeks. Sabrina was rude and very short with me. She put words in my mouth that I never stated that her coworker actually stated, not me the customer. Sabrina never apologized for her misunderstanding of the situation. Another person told me I might be responsible because they don't know what I may have done the truck in my possession. It had under 300 miles on it. I reported it within 24 hours. I did not understand. Eventually they found the problem and did not end up charging me but left a bad taste in my mouth.
I then get a call from the service center they need to install my license plate mount that same afternoon after I spent my morning there already. I told her I was already there that morning and she kept trying to get me another appointment in the early mornings of the week after. I told her I work and have to check my schedule and I would call back. Her response was "What, you don't have an availability on a Saturday morning!" Again I told her I had to check my schedule and call back.
Second visit... they did not mount the license plate holder for the front of the truck at the point of purchase. So I had to make another appointment. I brought it in and I was asked to take a seat and that a manager would come to speak to me shortly. He never came to speak to me. Instead 35 minutes later Curtis texted me. Apparently too busy to speak to me in person. So I had to text him back how long will my appointment take. He said up to 2 hours. I then questioned why it would it take so long. He said he would check in. Over an hour into my appointment he updates me through text again that it will be another 30 minutes. My truck took a total of an hour and 45 minutes just to mount the license plate holder and when my truck was finished they left their trash in it and messed up my seat cover.
I find this service center to have horrible customer service. When you talk to them in person they are short with you and are barely listening or text you instead of walking a couple of feet to come talk to you in person.
It's too bad that this service department is as horrible as it is because in the sales department they have excellent service. Our salesman Nick found me and checked on me both times at the Service Department. Nick gets 10 stars!!! I guess after you buy the vehicle they don't care about their customer service in the Service Department.

Two stars because the recall services on the car were done quickly. When I came to pick up the car it was difficult for me to walk, an attendant said someone would be out to help me. 20 mins later he came back out and said he's not sure what's happening inside I would need to go in there to talk to someone. I go inside to see an employee huddle of them doing nothing but talking, socializing. It would be nice if they cared about their customers. I won't be coming back here for any reason. They thought their socializing was more important than helping a customer. It took me an hour to pick up a car. No they were not busy. I was the only one waiting for a car at the time. Very disappointed at the level of service at the service dept. It doesn't surprise me because it's Roseville. I'm not sure who these employees are trying to impress. A clear lack of communication on their part even though they can clearly communicate with each other when it's about their personal life. But not when a customer needs help, a part of their job description. What they get an income for every pay check. But I don't work there so I don't know the customer service protocol.
