  Not sure if this store is short staffed or just slow to be honest. I checked in today (6/29) at 11:08 AM for a simple oil and filter change and I was told by the advisor that was helping me I believe his name was Jeff that it would take a half an hour but the whole service was completed in 2 and a half hours. I got out at 2:32 PM - and it was just tiring to wait there for a simple service or quick service in other words. Aside from that, it was a good vibe there, very quiet, and I got sleepy in the waiting area. Shout out to Jeff for being a big assist!! 🙌

  Wastes time per usual, just part of scum dealership tactics. Tried to sell them a used vehicle. Took time off, was given a verbal affirmation to a price, and went through legal hoops to sell my vehicle. If you’re thinking about doing business here, go ahead. Just know they make Nissan look worse than what they already are at the moment. 😂

  The sales guy put so much pressure on me to buy a vehicle I didn't even want, literally sat in the show room for hours and then the little back room and cried while signing the papers. It's been a lemon if a car ever since. Sunk several thousand into it and have hated it every day. Worst experience and decision of my life.

  5/5 stars. Excellent service department! Took my Nissan Titan XD in on a Saturday to find out what was going on with a VGT turbo code. They had me drop the truck off Tuesday, and shoot, it was ready by Thursday! Service writer Jeffrey Jones immediately honored the 150k-mile extended warranty and bundled it with the voluntary emissions recall with zero trouble. Authorized technician Vincent Ho did phenomenal work on the repair. The truck drives like a brand-new machine now. Massive thanks to Jeffrey and Vincent for taking such good care of me and my truck. I will absolutely be back! God Bless

  I was in need of a safe and reliable vehicle for myself and my two children. I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else. Nissan Roseville is unique and that they offer a lifetime warranty on transmission and engine. Having had to replace transmissions in other vehicle vehicles, This was really appealing to me. I was treated with the upmost Respect, Professionalism and care from all of the staff at Nissan Roseville, but especially from Joe Luiz, Shane and Joe in finance. They really went out of their way to help me find a car that was the perfect fit for my little family to work with me on all of my different options to find the perfect fit for my budget. My beautiful Nissan Rogue Was an easy decision thanks to the care and attention that these gentlemen gave me. I absolutely love my car and the dark armor upgrades 😍. Thank you Nissan Roseville!
