  My salesman Edwin was absolutely fabulous — never pushy, just very patient, calm, and understanding throughout the entire process. Christian and Jeff were excellent as well. They truly worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted, and today I walked out a brand-new car owner! I am beyond excited, grateful, and beside myself with happiness. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going there. Thank you all for making this such an amazing experience!

  Chris was extremely helpful in locating the car we wanted. He assisted us in getting the financing set up. The only glitch was the car had to be brought to Future Nissan from Davis and then it had to be detailed and charged. Chris finally managed to get the car to us after 10 pm, leaving little time to go through the set up and login. Chris did everything he could to help with that, but for whatever reason I could not login to MyNissan account with the car. It kept saying invalid login. This is still an outstanding issue that I hope gets rectified quickly.

  Braden was so amazing to work with. He was very personable and approachable. While everyone I have worked with in the service department have been nice and helped me have a good experience, Braden went above and beyond in his approach to my situation and making sure I was well taken care of and walked away with a very happy customer experience. I had some difficulties getting back and forth timing wise because of my appt and work schedule. He jumped into resolution mode and immediately offered a rental to me in order to take the stress of the timing of getting back and forth. He informed me throughout the process of everything going on and the additional findings. He made my process with the recall easy and even enjoyable, if that makes sense. I hope he is very valued by your company because he deserves to be treated as such! Thank you for helping a bad situation (meaning the recall notice) turn into a great experience with the service team and Future Nissan of Roseville! I have purchased several vehicles from Future and if I wasn’t upside down then I would be buying a new one from you again right now because of the overall experience from start to finish.

  This was my first time buying a new car and I very much regret my decision to purchase from Future Nissan. The entire experience has been a complete nightmare- from the simplest task of scheduling an oil change to the monumental task of getting someone who knows anything to deal with an issue they caused when the paperwork was submitted incorrectly leading to cancellation of my maintenance plan has been insanely frustrating. It has been months without resolution for the maintenance plan issue- I am at the point where if I don’t get a resolution soon I’m going to have to take the issue to the state regulatory board- something I’ve avoided because I simply don’t want the headache but they charged me over 2k for a plan they won’t honor because of a mistake they made and I’m having to spend my time and effort trying to get it fixed. If you value your time and prefer to avoid frustration and incompetence at every level then do yourself a favor and avoid Future Nissan at all costs. The car itself is fantastic- but this dealership is an absolute disaster.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I came in to buy out my leased car, but instead they tried to push me into a new lease for a lower-class vehicle at terms that didn’t make sense. On my first visit, I wasted 3 hours just waiting. After that, they kept calling me asking if I would accept those same bad conditions — which was incredibly frustrating. When I came back with clear expectations of what I wanted, the situation got even worse. I spent another 4 hours waiting, while they constantly tried to manipulate the situation — showing the worst possible options and presenting them as the “best” they had. They also tried to sneak in a warranty I never asked for. I clearly stated what I wanted, yet they pushed something completely different. I had to ask TWICE for written confirmation of what warranty they were actually giving me, and they avoided showing it until after paperwork was signed. They kept repeating “we don’t want to mislead you,” while doing exactly that the entire time. I left extremely frustrated and went to a Nissan dealership in Elk Grove instead — and the difference was night and day. There, I received honest service, full explanations of every document I signed, the exact warranty I wanted, and the best interest rate I was offered anywhere.
