We appreciate their honesty. Truth be known, we weren’t planning on buying a vehicle that day. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the whole process. He was nice enough to meet up with me to do a test drive even though it was his day off which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Future Nissan of Roseville and asking for Shane. Just beware of the shady finance managers that upsell everything and charge you for stuff you don't need or stuff that wasn't even put on the car. The VIN etching especially is complete BS.
