  We rented a 26-foot truck for our move-out, and the experience was excellent. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything step by step. He made sure we felt comfortable operating the truck before leaving, which made a huge difference. The whole process was simple and hassle-free, including the return — we just dropped the keys in the box after hours, which was extremely convenient. Great customer service and overall a very smooth experience. Highly recommend!

  For our move-out, we rented a 26-foot truck, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed us multiple times how to properly operate the truck, which we really appreciated. Returning the truck was just as easy — we simply dropped the keys in the box and were done within minutes. Very convenient and stress-free experience. Thank you again for the excellent service!

  The staff was friendly, easy to work with, and everything felt pretty straightforward. The only downside for me was the online reservation process—it was a bit overly complicated and confusing. I ended up having to complete it twice since I didn’t receive any clear confirmation by text or email that it went through the first time.
