- EDErika Dacosta5 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. Went there with the intention of buying a car. Walked in all the employees are sitting down in the lobby watching tv. No one greet it us. You can tell they were not thrilled we came in. The man that helped us had no enthusiasm or motivation to sell a car. We left instantly went next door to echo park. This place sucks

- LBLanine BJul 4, 20261.0Plan ahead - you will need at least 25 to 60 minutes (this has been consistently the case for the last three times) to pick up your car even if there’s no one in line ahead of you. I was not prepared and I was nearly late for a funeral.
- HCHenry CarreonJul 3, 20263.0It all started with the corolla rental I noticed the tire pressure warning light but felt sence I was just signing the car out that it was a minor issue. While driving I noticed the tire pressure was going down expedentaily. I called their roadside service and they said it was going to cost me 75. Dollars to have them come out to swap out the tire I ended up taking it to american tire and it was not repairable. This ordeal cost me one day of travel. So beware and know it is your responsibility for the repair it could get costly and they dont checkout the vehicles before they give you your rental. Bad service. Employees are very courteous and friendly, cars are good, clean, etc. but BE CAREFUL - check your final bill: If you drop your car off EARLY during non-business hours and the workers check your car in late … YOU MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL HOURLY FEES- I was! They did correct it after I called them back and walked through all the charges. I suspect this may have happened to me with previous rentals where I felt the final bill was high but I never followed up. This is a PROCESS flaw that should have been fixed years ago.
