  After going to two other enterprises and calling a third. I made it to this location because I needed a vehicle on the spot and no where else had anything available... I spoke to Mikayla on the phone and she assured me there would be a vehicle I could reserve when I arrived. When I got there Mikayla was assisting another customer so Nolan took care of me. He was fantastic, courteous, understanding, and got me on the road within 10 mins! I will definitely be back to this location. It was a wonderful experience on a rough day. Thank you both! I will be back soon to reserve the corvette lol!

  I am a regular at the Roseville enterprise and have never had any major issues. My experience with customer service and the cars I have driven have always been stellar. Rudy helped me on Saturday and he was very personable and felt at ease when talking to him. The new Honda CRV was one of the best cars I have rented and was just a joy to drive to SF and back. No issues whatsoever! Thank you so much!

  Terrible experience! Rented a car on the first of August for 2 weeks. We've felt like we've been dumped into tho the car we didn't want. Asked for a full size sedan but the representative gave us a small Nissan Sentra and put us under an impression that we had no other option. We were told that car has full tank but as soon as we drove off it was only 3 quarters. Immediately after driving off we've figured behind the steering wheel was super greasy and oily as well as behind every handle which it was disgusting. Super filthy!!! Which we had to take the car immediately to a car wash while we were on our way to San Jose. Total inconvenience. The day of drop off we've mentioned every single concern we've had to Brandon the store manager and unfortunately he tried to offer us a bare minimum discount which honestly the offer was more insulting than the rental experience itself. And at this point we feel like enterprise took total advantage of a 15 years of loyal customer. Which is absolutely unacceptable. I will report my experience to BBB as well as enterprise headquarter and all friends and family!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Spend your money elsewhere. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, they refused to give me a car—even though they had multiple vehicles available. They told me the issue was that I had made a same-day reservation through another Enterprise location. What made it worse was that they were giving available cars to walk-in customers while refusing to honor my existing reservation. One employee bluntly told me they were simply not going to give me a car and that I should go to another location. What is the point of making a reservation with Enterprise if a location can simply decide not to honor it and give the cars to walk-ins instead? Extremely disappointing customer service and an unacceptable way to treat someone with a confirmed reservation.

  About a week ago, I had to get my car repaired nearby and I needed to rent a car through my insurance. Paige at this Enterprise location (Roseville, CA) was extremely helpful in getting me setup with car a quickly and then again later when I returned the car helped me get back to repair place to pickup my car before it closed for the weekend. She was very friendly and personable, making everything easy on some stressful busy days. Thanks Paige!
