- MGMegan GoveNov 25, 20253.0I gave them three stars because they did give me some money saving advice on how often to rotate tires while I held off on the repair to try to make a decision. They also fit me in despite being short staffed which I was grateful for. But I chose to leave out two due to having mixed feelings on the trustworthiness and effectiveness of the customer communication. Then again I'm not fully sure if I was the one at fault for my communication and decision making skills as a new car owner with little experience with mechanic shops. So take my review with a grain of salt. In general I advise all car owners to ask as many questions as possible- not having a full understanding of what's going on or what you need can cost you a pretty penny. Maybe if you have someone in your life with more car experience ask them what you should do.
