  John was amazing. Brandon in finance helped walked us through everything. James and others helped when we blew a fuse and couldn’t get the lights to work. They spent 3 hours hands on helping my husband. We left feeling very supported and cared for.

  Andrew Castro in the Service Department at Camping World in Roseville absolutely exceeded our expectations. Even though we purchased our trailer from a different dealer, he treated us like VIPs from day one. He handled all of our warranty work efficiently and got everything completed right on time, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he identified and fixed a few additional issues we weren’t even aware of, making sure our trailer was in top-notch condition while still under warranty. His communication was outstanding throughout the entire process—quick, responsive, and always keeping us informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of customers, Andrew is your guy. Highly recommend!

  We bought an RV and these guys have done nothing but drop the ball! Paid to have the RV cleaned and have a new mattress upon pickup. They did the worst cleaning job and we still don't have our mattress a month later! Figure spending 100k would get you some sort of quality service. Don't get me wrong our salesman was great. Everything else not so much. I wouldn't do business here again.

  We had a great experience at camping world. We came in really unsure about what route to take. Our salesman, Tyler listened to all our needs and wants and even though when we came in we were really unsure if we even wanted to buy, he spent his time and showed us really great options. He was careful not to show us things out of our price range (and weight limit) and we felt very heard and understood. We did end up buying, and the whole process was just as easy. I appreciated the person who did our orientation (can’t remember his name but he was great) and even finance. Overall we’re very happy with our experience! Thank you Tyler & camping world team!
