Had a fine experience while there at the shop. Everyone was very professional. Unfortunately, upon arriving home I noticed that two of my hubcaps were not secured properly and one of the caps was missing from the valve stem on one of my tires. These may or may not be minor issues, but they erode confidence in the services provided. The small things matter. Makes you wonder if other things were done properly.

Went to your store located off of Rosemead Boulevard all the staff was very friendly, efficiently productive, and extremely informative. I especially like the Special Touch of knowing the store manager Eric willingly came over and went over the whole inspection details. This store showed teamwork and leadership exceptionally all the way around from the beginning to the end.

Great Service! Did the transmission service on my 2013 Volvo XC90. Saved a ton of money as opposed to going to the dealer. They carry the right fluid, too! The crew was very professional. I noticed immediate smoothness in my ride. Make sure to take advantage of the 10% off coupon offered at the register. Will Come again for sure!

This was my first time here, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. DJ got me a really good deal on my oil change and made me feel like a regular right away. Andrew, the manager, was friendly and professional and clearly runs a tight ship. Carlos did the work on my car and did an excellent job. Everyone treated me with great customer service from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. Highly recommend!

The staff here are so professional, helpful, and friendly. I used the Valvoline online coupon for a new customer $20 off discount. There is no hard upsell from this place. Eric the service manager and Bianca the oil change technician were so thorough and efficient. In addition to the oil change, they also checked all headlights, taillights, brake lights, battery charge, and fluids. They showed me my air filter and cabin air filter and both were fairly dirty, so I opened to get both of them replaced and they showed me both the old filters and new filters during the replacement. The entire service lasted about 15 minutes and you get to sit in your car and watch the whole process happen in front of you, so you know there's no shady business going on. They are a highly honest and reliable operation and I will know get all my oil changes (and radiator and transmission service) from now on. I highly recommend this Valvoline quick service station in Rosemead.
