  I went in there this Tuesday afternoon. And I was genuinely surprised by the laser focus and professionalism. The employees were all very professional and focused on getting my car the desperate maintenence in needed and as you can imagine. Hardly any words were exchanged between the team as though they've done this hubdreds of times or maybe thousands. I saw them just working on my car with exceptional customer service like a doctor operating. I really was at a loss for words. 🙏 thanks so much . My only critique is that they made zero errors so I can't critique them

  Run. Never again. I never imagined going to jiffylube would turn into a situation where I could have gotten seriously injured. I hope no one has to experience what I went through. I went in for a routine oil change at around 11 am and left around 1:30 pm on June 7. While I only came in for an oil change, they told me my brake fluid was low and air filters needed a change. I didn't know any better and told them to do it. They also said they would give me a tire rotation but I didn't have my tire lock key so they didn't do it. I spent exactly $368.99 I left with my splash engine guard not properly installed. Going home was fine until I went on the freeway that night and the splash engine was scraping the bottom of the freeway and lighting sparks. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was a serious safety hazard that could have resulted in an accident or damage to other vehicles on the road. A basic quality check should have caught something this critical before the vehicle was returned to a customer. I have contacted jiffylube corporate, talked to upper management of this site and they refuse to give me a FULL REFUND, only partial. I am extremely disappointed in their service and as someone who doesn't know much about cars, I could have been extremely injured. I am trying to receive a full refund and compensation for all the damages done by my car dealership. It has been difficult to contact management, they are seriously lucky I am not choosing to SUE. I have to go to another dealership and get their damages fixed and pay even more than I have anticipated just for something that should have been a routine oil change. I feel so lucky to even be alive today, please do better jiffy lube. No one should ever bring their car in expecting routine maintenance and instead having to experience this extreme inconvenience.

  Super quick and friendly. I was lucky enough to come in at a time when it was not so busy, and I was in and out in like five minutes. I had a vehicle inspection for Uber. Had a very efficient system in place and I have zero complaints. :)

  The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure to purchase extra services. My oil change was completed quickly, and they checked my vehicle thoroughly to make sure everything was in good shape. The waiting area was clean, and the entire process was smooth and convenient. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return for future maintenance.

  Service was amazing! There was a line when I got there so it took around 45 minutes before it was my turn but that’s ok because I knew I would be waiting for a while once I saw the line. Once it was my turn, the service was fast and efficient. Martin helped me and he answered every question I had regarding my oil change. He’s really knowledgeable, kind, and fast. He explained the different prices and the package deal they had at the time. I went this past Saturday June 6. Will definitely come again! Thank you Martin once again!
