This has been the worst experience I've had throughout my time visiting auto part shops. I called if they had a power steering pump for my car in the store, and they said yes. When I came to the store, they said it wasn't for my car, which they had given me false information about over the phone. I already wasted gas to go to the store, so I just told them I'll order the part there. After they told me that I'll wait around 5 days for my part to come, so I didn't mind that. When I called again to see if my part was in store, the person who answered told me that there was no order in, but they had already taken my money. I was beyond furious because how can you tell me that I have a receipt saying that I purchased the part, but the order was never there. They gave me two options: order it again or get a refund, but I had to come again in person. The day I was supposed to come to the store, they sent a confirmation text saying that the part was ready for pickup. When I called that same day to see if this was true, they said yes. So when I called the next day to see if my part was at the store, one of the workers said it wasn't there. So how can different workers tell me different answers to the same question? When the worker asked me to come in to check, I went because I was frustrated with the phone calls. When I came in, I asked the worker if they could check the back again, and they told me that they had checked. I even asked if they could check the computers. So another worker helped me and found the part on the spot. These workers at this store need to do a better job at locating items, because I have been waiting for this part for two weeks, and it was promised in 5 days.

They know my battery is dying, but they still need to charge it for two hours to test it. My warranty is active. They just don't think, like idiot. The girl is good looking, but only this. The man let me go to sleep and rest for two hours, i wish i can do that.
I went to another autozone store, they just replace a new battery for me. So this store's employee are juse mean.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service here. The employee who's been working for 5 months with black hair working April 1,2026 at 8:00 pm night time with the manager on a Wednesday. When I asked an employee for help removing my battery to charge it, he initially refused. After my car remained dead in the parking lot, I went back inside to ask for a jump start. Although he eventually helped, his behavior was unprofessional and aggressive.
He handled my vehicle roughly, forcefully opening and closing doors, and appeared visibly frustrated throughout the process. When the car didn’t start, he slammed my hood and continued acting in an angry manner while attempting to assist further.
As a first-time customer, this left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this, as customers should be treated with professionalism and respect

I stopped by this AutoZone recently and honestly the experience was frustrating. The staff seemed really confused about what they can and cannot price match. I asked about matching a competitor’s price and got completely different answers depending on who I talked to. It didn’t seem like anyone actually knew the policy, which made the process slow and awkward.
On top of that, the parking lot had a really bad smell when I arrived. It was noticeable enough that it made the whole place feel kind of unpleasant before I even walked inside.
Overall, the store could really benefit from better staff training on their price-match policy and improving the cleanliness of the outside area. Hopefully they get it sorted out because it has the potential to be a convenient location.
