At the airport, you have to wait long lines and sometimes the customer service is grouchy from grouchy customers. Not today! I had great service with the two girls that helped me. There was no line. I was the only person that walked right in. I have never been in and out of a car rental place so fast before my life! I am definitely going to rent from enterprise again and hopefully not in an airport and just near an airport so it’s so much faster.

Very unprofessional always has a lot of different unprofessional employees I made a reservation the day before checked all the enterprises and this one has rental available as I’m on my way to get a rental they call and cancel my reservation my son had a very important football game he plays for for Sonoma county and had to miss out on this game due to the lack of communication and unprofessional service they had at this store I’d not recommend this spot for a rental. Also having employees in the back sitting around not even coming up to help this is and was so embarrassing my son never made it to his game all because we booked a reservation online

They were such a great help! Luca was especially helpful. Made sure I got my car fast during pick up and drop off. He went over everything with me and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Great and hard working!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The pick-up from the auto body shop was fast, the wait time reasonable, and the overall experience good.
