  I want to take a moment to recognize Luka Ament, a management trainee at the Rohnert Park (Sonoma County) location, for his exceptional work ethic and customer service. Before I even walked in, I noticed Luka outside helping clean one of the rental vehicles — clearly not someone who considers any task "beneath" him. By the time I entered the building, he was already back at the front desk, seamlessly juggling in-person customers and incoming phone calls without missing a beat. What stood out most was his patience and thoroughness. He took the time to make sure every detail was handled correctly, never rushing despite how busy he clearly was. I also watched him go above and beyond for a customer with a disability — he personally pulled the vehicle up to the curb for her and helped her load her assistive equipment, treating her with genuine care and respect. It's rare to see this level of attentiveness and professionalism, especially from someone still in training. Luka's positive attitude and dedication to customer service are exactly what make a location stand out. He's a real asset to the Enterprise team, and I hope his hard work is recognized.

  Enterprise on Rohnert Park Expressway is the place to go to. Fast pickup and faster drop off. This is my go-to when visiting the area.
