This AutoZone location has some of the most unhelpful employees I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve gone to the Petaluma AutoZone before to get my headlight replaced, and I had no issues. This time, I went to the Rohnert Park location to get my headlight replaced. When I first went in and asked for help, they told me they were too busy and couldn’t do it that day, but that I should come back the next day. So I did exactly that. When I came back, an employee came out to look at my car and told me, “I can change it, but I would have to damage this wire.” I asked him if he knew how to replace the headlight, and he said yes, but that he would have to cut the wire. I obviously wasn’t comfortable with someone cutting a wire on my car just to replace a headlight, so I decided to do it myself. I watched a quick YouTube video and, with zero experience working on cars, I was able to replace the headlight myself without cutting or damaging any wires. If you need help installing or replacing something on your car, BEWARE. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion before letting them cut or damage anything on your vehicle. Very disappointing experience.
