  Rich is the most amazing guy ever. He is so kind and patient! Every time I come through he has a smile on his face. Greets me every time and always gives me wipes. Go to this car wash in Rocklin and see him and say hello. Quick Quack give this guy a raise he deserves it. Always makes my experience exceptional and wanting to come back.

  We have the monthly membership here! And I can’t say enough of what a pleasure it is to see an employee by the name of Rich everytime we go there. He always has a big smile on his face, makes it a point to greet each customer and always gives out lollipops to my kids ☺️

  I had to leave a review for the team at Quick Quack Car Wash in Rocklin because the level of customer service I experienced was honestly above and beyond anything I’ve seen in a very long time. First off, this location is already my go-to car wash because the staff is always friendly, the wash quality is consistently excellent, and the whole place is clearly run with pride and professionalism. But my most recent visit completely solidified why I’ll continue coming back. While vacuuming out my car, my keys accidentally fell onto the driver’s seat without me realizing it. Somehow near the end of cleaning out the interior, I managed to lock myself out of my car with BOTH my keys and phone inside. I was stressed and scrambling trying to figure out how to contact someone for help, so I asked the guys near the entrance if I could borrow a phone. That’s when the manager, Andrew, walked over and asked if everything was okay. Before I could even fully explain the situation, he immediately offered to help. And not just in a small way — he literally offered to use his own lunch break to personally drive me all the way to my office so I could grab my spare key. No hesitation. No inconvenience shown whatsoever. Just genuine kindness, professionalism, and an incredible level of customer care. In today’s world, it’s rare to find people willing to go that far out of their way for someone, especially when they absolutely don’t have to. Andrew turned what could have been a horrible, stressful day into a reminder that there are still truly good people out there who care about others. Huge thank you to Andrew and the entire Quick Quack team in Rocklin. You guys have earned a customer for life, and I genuinely hope the company recognizes what an incredible manager and human being Andrew is.

  Never disappointed coming to this store Rich and his team are always out to meet you and believe it makes a difference . I travel all over the Sacramento and Placer County area and have found that nobody comes out to meet you anymore . So even if Im in the member lane they still come out with a smile and ask do I need anything and these days that means a lot . Thank you Sue

  Today I went to Quick Quack on Stafford Ranch. I locked my keys in my car. When I tell the crew member Rich went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank Rich enough for all the help. I’m a regular there and every single time I come Rich is always smiling and Greeting everyone. Rich has great Customer Service. I give 5 stars to Rich He is the best. Thanks again Rich for the great service…
