  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rocklin, California. Nick, Jacob, and the entire team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth, quick, and stress-free. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go right on time. I truly appreciate the effort and care this team puts into their work. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a rental car.   Made reservations had pictures of ID still would not accept, not helpful or informative, didn’t allow rental to go pick up my child even though booked in advance. Front desk was very short and rude said they can’t help me.

  Rented a vehicle from enterprise because my car was rear ended and the person that rear-ended insurance company provide my rental while my car was at the body shop. The total of the rental with deposit and insurance and all the other charges was over 300.00 dollars, being on SSDI I told the person helping I only had 140.00 in my account and I only get paid once a month so he adjusted the fees down to 120.00. Then after 4 days enterprise charged my account 188.00 without my authorization making my account overdrawn and charged my account three overdraft fees of 36.00 each. When I called enterprise about these charges the person said he ASSUMED I wanted all the charges and he said that enterprise would refund the additional charges and they haven't refunded me like they promised. My first experience with Enterprise rent a car was very disappointing and will not recommend renting from them to anyone that asks me about rental from Enterprise.
