  It is a great experience until you return the car and find out the representative lied to you. It was super easy to get the car and the car itself was clean and functional. Watch your bill upon returning your car because I was charged for two days and I was charged for an entire tank of gas when I only used two gal. The guy who I spoke to about this told me that it is assumed that you will bring the tank back empty. Yeah right. I have rented a lot of cars and have had the rental company charge me for filling the car and it is never on an assumption of a full tank. Then he tried to tell me there is an up charge of 2.85 per gal if you don't use at least 10 gal. No, that was not discussed or disclosed in anything either. The man on the phone, Jordan, didn't apologize to me and was rude and condescending. He told me he would call me back once the adjustments had been made. He didn't call me back and rather than end the call professionally, he just hung up on me. I had a couple upcoming rentals, and I cancelled them and when elsewhere. It is a shame in this day in age that we still have to scrutinize a bill and it is a shame that a major corporation still attempts to take advantage of people. I am disappointed that this business runs this way in my home town. Deplorable.

  I recently rented a car in Portland and returned it to Rocklin. The staff at Rocklin Enterprise was quick, thorough and courteous. Thanks Kyle and Sean for making it a very pleasant experience.

  - I am deeply concerned and disappointed by our recent rental experience with Enterprise. We rented a vehicle only to discover that the front passenger seat belt was completely non-functional, which is a major safety hazard.Initially, when the seat belt indicator did not go off, we assumed it was because we were still in the parking lot and driving at a very low speed. However, later during our trip, I realized I had forgotten to buckle up while we were driving at speeds over 60 miles per hour. Shockingly, the vehicle gave absolutely no warning light, chime, or indication that a passenger was unbuckled.This realization left me incredibly nervous. I am baffled by how a massive, reputable company like Enterprise could rent out a vehicle without performing basic safety checks on essential equipment like seat belts.To make matters worse, when my husband brought this severe safety issue to the attention of the agents upon returning the car, they seemed completely careless and dismissive. No one took ownership of the issue, and we were not given any reassurance that the vehicle would be pulled from rotation.We fully expected the management or corporate team to contact us to follow up, apologize, and explain the precautions they are taking to ensure this doesn't happen to another family. We have heard nothing. Enterprise desperately needs to review their vehicle inspection protocols and customer service training. SAFETY should never be treated as an afterthought.
