Her patience was a pleasant surprise because normally everyone speaks so fast and I have to ask them to repeat themselves. This time I didn't have to ask Ms. Felicia anything because she was clear in communication with me. I'll return because of her.

I like that they’re required to have little water pouches, company making sure their employees are hydrated.

- JDJohnny DominguezJun 21, 20261.0Got an oil change on my 05 bmw x3 drove it 4 miles home and parked it, the next day I had a trip to LA and the car started to die out 20 miles into the trip, steering wheel locked up while driving the vehicle started shaking and the oil light and check engine light came on I called triple A to come out they informed me it was due to low oil pressure and if I had any oil in the car I told them I just got an oil change yesterday. Been waiting on a Response back from Valvoline they’re telling me I need to take it to a shop for diagnostic yet the diagnostic was ran by triple A. They asked what I’d like to be done I told them I’d like a return on the $700 tow I had to pay for and for my vehicle to be fixed. Still waiting it’s been 3 days now.
