- LLLivinglife93today5.0Came to Valvoline for an oil change yesterday and the service was exceptional. Assistant manager Anthony C. was so nice and professional. He knew what he was talking about when offering services. Time flew because he made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way.

- ISIrlanda SanchezOct 5, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience with Andrew at Valvoline! His customer service was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Andrew was incredibly friendly, positive, professional, and genuinely happy to help. His great attitude made the entire experience even better. I recently moved to the area from Whittier, and finding businesses with excellent customer service is extremely important to me. Because of the way Andrew treated me and the outstanding service I received, Valvoline has definitely earned a returning customer. I will absolutely be coming back for my future vehicle services. Andrew is a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Thank you for making me feel welcomed in my new community and for providing such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
- YMYesenia MirandaOct 3, 20265.0I love this place. Every employee from store manager on are so friendly, kind, proficient, and the greatest teamwork ethics I’ve seen in a long time! I’ve had to go to other places on occasion (not by choice), and the experience is not the same. This is the place for me.
- CCCandice CastanedaSep 30, 20262.0I went in for an oil change and was told my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I declined because I was only there for an oil change. Interestingly, once the service was finished, my car suddenly wouldn’t start. The technician immediately blamed the battery and again asked if I wanted to purchase a new one. I declined, they jump-started my car, and it has started without a single issue ever since. The whole experience left me skeptical and questioning the service I received. I also paid for a tire rotation, and now I’m left wondering whether that was even done. Unfortunately, the experience really affected my trust in this location.
