They explained everything clearly, didn't pressure me into any unnecessary services, and made the process quick and easy. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out. Last oil change left me with a leaking filter and they couldn’t secure the oil plug with a simple gasket change so that was leaking to. I’ll stick to going to the dealership for oil going forward. Everything was easily fixed by just having the oem filter and a simple seal on the oil plug.

- SSSaraJun 22, 20265.0Busy life... so I squeezed in an oil change during my lunch hour. From beginning to end, I received great customer service with everyone I spoke with. I was advised of additional work that would be beneficial. When I said I couldn't do them today I was provided with a document that detailed the work, the cost, and most importantly NO pressure when I said "no, not today". I LOVED that. I also appreciate the teamwork of the employees to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Thumbs up and would definitely recommend this Valvoline shop.
