  Bryan and Anthony were very kind, helpful, and worked fast. There was another employee who helped us as well but I can’t remember his name. I’ve been here more than a dozen times and everyone has always been extremely nice.

  At first I gave Isaack and April 5 stars because I genuinely thought they were professional and trustworthy. Unfortunately, after my recent experience, I completely changed my mind. In the end, I have to give it to April or her boss; limited human contact by April is a great start but she probably would fair better down stairs under the cars with no human contact. April told me my rear windshield wiper blade was “folding over on itself” and needed immediate replacement. I reluctantly agreed, only to later find out Isaack “forgot” to even put it on the ticket, so the replacement was never done. When I stopped by AutoZone afterward and actually inspected the existing wiper myself, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It worked perfectly fine. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the customer service afterward. I called to complain and April answered the phone. She immediately became defensive and competitive instead of professional. When she said, “Obviously it was me, I’m the only female working here,” I responded that I didn’t exactly have the employee roster in front of me, I was simply calling to address a concern. The arrogance and lack of kindness is nothing new in 2026. People need to learn what class is. Maybe they should offer a class in how to be human in high school. Or even GED classes if she went there. The whole experience left me feeling like I was being upsold unnecessarily and then treated rudely for questioning it. Mistakes happen, but attitude and accountability matter. If you’re going to recommend repairs or replacements, at least make sure they’re actually needed. Stay away if you value honesty, professionalism, and respectful customer service.

  Trent and Steven were amazing. Trent let me know everything I needed to know about my car and any repairs it might need, and Steven got my full oil change done as well as filled my tires for me. I always recommend this location as the workers are always so kind and are great at their jobs. I’ll be back in a couple months for my next oil change, thank you Trent and Steven!

  Anthony was very thorough and professional. We went in for an oil change and were informed of other services that would help with our car. Anthony wasn’t pushy and provided us with the services we agreed to and got us out quickly.

  Kevin and Gunner were amazing helping me with my oil change. They were pretty quick, very polite and thoroughly explained each service and repair that was needed. I didn’t feel pressured about anything they offered. Would definitely recommend and will be back for anything else I may need!
