  Amazing service! Anthony was super helpful and informative on everything I needed to keep my car safe and working properly. I have gone to Valvoline for years and will continue to do so. I was in and out within 20 minutes too!

  Every time I go there the guys are super nice I asked one guy why his hydration pack was empty and he said it was because the fluid get warm and he looked like he was going to pass out in 103 degree heat. I'd recommend ismall ice machines next to the water station it's usually in the 90's till late November ìt would be used. I only mention this because I really like the entire staff at that facility I've also taken my car to the valoline on Iowa or while traveling. I like the customer service staff that helped over the phone and I've liked all the managers ive talked to while i sit in my car. Maybe even during peak heat season offer those hydration packets to add to their hydration bag. I know these are mechanics and it's not like they are going to rinse their own bags and hoses and mouth piece but maybe have them sign a form that they must rinse and keep clean the accessory parts if the facility and staff want to enjoy the hydration packets if the whole store doesn't sign off then they only get water. I don't know the nuts and bolts but I do know you have a great staff and it's been consistent sorry for the typos I never fill these put but these guys and sometimes women I know your not bias I know for a d3cade their was a female manager that bounced around from the Iowa St location to the location on central and riverside. I can't belive I'm actually filling out this comment box I never do it.

  Had a terrible this time around, the rotated my tires and broke my lug nut. They took 3 hrs trying to get this situated. Customer service was nice but nit to helpful. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Never going to get my tires rotated here again.

  This is my go to spot, all my vehicles come here. Today, Andrew, Steven and Anthony all made this experience seamless and even educational. Andrew is so professional and thorough! Hope he can be a manager soon! Recommend this place!

  I asked if they put air on the tire. They said of course we always do. I checked and the light for the tires is still on and the tires are deflated. The manager assured me it was. I had to go out air on the tires my self. I spent $165 on their service.
