I get my oil change with you guys all the time but this location really knocked it out the park with the assistance, friendly service and how quick they got me in and out. The manager was on it and the employees knew what they were doing. I appreciate the help and great service on this one

Stepped out of work to my truck and there was oil on the ground. Looked underneath and saw oil everywhere. Luckily oil level didn't drop and I was able to drive it back to them. They fixed it and blamed it on a bad gasket, but shouldn't that be checked prior to leaving? It could have been a lot worse. While it was a good deal, and they were nice, that only goes so far.

I love going to valvoline oil change. They have always been efficient, friendly, and very communicative. My mileage reported that I need a transmission change. Joseph was trying to insist on doing it. But as a drive a Toyota, it uses a specific transmission fluid of ATF type IV, which valvoline does not have. Joseph insisted theirs is safe enough, but 4 years ago when I tried valvolines trans fliud change, my transmission had to be rebuilt. That was my fault for trusting the team, but they are not car experts. I explained to Joseph and he dismissed me. Instead of apologizing and accepting my "no, don't touch"; like every visit since my transmission rebuild. Very condescending like I don't know my car. The thing is, there has been a small leak ever since my rebuild. I know this. But without checking my tranny levels, he put in the notes, "severe transmission leak". How would you know if you didn't look at the current fluid level, how are you going to sell a transmission fluid replacement if you don't show me proof like the oil dipstick every time? I appreciate the salesman aspect of the job, more services is more money for the shop, but this was a bit much. He even tried telling me that my power steering is sealed and has no leaks.i said it shouldn't as it's electric! I know my car. All the other guys were top notch on customer service and communication. I will continue using valvoline instant oil change for my oil service and some other services.

This was my first time ever using Valvoline for my oil change and I must say everything was amazing! Vivianne helped me and answered all my questions. They not only did my oil change but went over all of the other items that they could do help service my car. This was an amazing experience. They were fast and helpful!! I will definitely be coming back.

I come here every 2-3 months to get an oil change and they are awesome every time. Service is always consistent and earlier in the day they have no line so I can truly be in and out in 15 minutes. I prefer coming here over the Kia dealership because they are awful. I will remain loyal to this location. Also I would definitely recommend using their online coupons from their website.
