  Had an appointment for an oil change from 9-11am. Arrived at 8:59am. Walked in at 9:00am. The lights were still off. Asked how long it would take. “1-1.5 hours- we will call you” No call. I call at 11:13am (43 minutes after original time to complete) “It’s in the air as we speak it needs another 30-45 minutes” I arrive at 12:10 (another 55 minutes after second time frame) I ask Anthony, how much longer: “another 5 minutes (while it’s still in the air) and then proceeds to empty the oil pan…. It’s 12:26pm. 2 hours later than I was told. After I looked at my paperwork, I noticed that the In N Out miles recorded on the sheet were off by about 14,000 miles or so so I went back in and asked him to adjust it which he did but this only makes me question all the other work that they supposedly did such as the “free battery inspection, psi check on all four tires, complemented, tire rotation, and the courtesy inspection (which low and behold, they found nothing wrong?)” First time I came here with a different van I had two bad tires in the back and they rotated them to the front to which I asked “shouldn’t you have left them in the back so there’s a better traction in the steering in the front?” to which he said “no that’s what you’re supposed to do” Need to stay I will not be coming here again. 12:45pm update: I just got home and checked my tire pressure and the report says that they were all at 35 psi and sure enough they’re all at 32 which only validates my hypothesis that they probably pencil whip a lot of other stuff too. But he did give me an $8 discount… so I guess that makes up for it.

  Rodney was very courteous and concerned that I got the right tires that I needed. He knew I had another appointment to get to that day and made sure I got out on time. Kept me updated as to how things were going. I appreciate that!

  Had a nail in my tire, went to first choice tires and they were amazing and fixed it right away for me. I’m so impressed with their service. I’m definitely gonna get tires from this place next month! Great service Rodney was amazing.

  Not sure if it’s the fault of this specific location or if it’s just a tire choice problem, but I made an appointment for some tires and got off work early to give them enough time to complete the job since they close at 6pm. I show up and they don’t have the tires I made the appointment for. So now I have to come back the next day to get my tires replaced. Customer service is not great or I wouldn’t even say good. When you show up it seems like you’re a bother. Once the work is completed they hand you a report of what was done but nothing is explained. Only reason I gave it three starts was because I asked the technician who did my alignment and installed my new tires, to explain the paper and he did a great job explaining it. When you spend hundreds of dollars at a business you think they would be more kind.
