Lisa and team at Tire Pro’s are professional, thorough and honest! It’s hard to find somewhere for same day service that you can trust, I recommend them 100% for all your auto needs - not just tires! Been a customer for years!

I've came to this location to get a fleet vehicle maintenance done three tines . Hertz has told me that if they're not able to send me my voucher through the email, that they would be able to look it up in the system. Lisa has done this twice already for me ,yet always makes it difficult like I'm making her do extra work. Hertz called in and made an appointment for me at 2:00 so I don't know what the big problem is. she needs a hug

I originally purchased my tires a couple years ago paid for warranty because it seems I always pick up screws and so forth however, recently I had a slow leak in my front tire brought it in a few times they were unable to find the leak or a problem, they did do an inspection after I came out from getting my oil changed from the dealership Chevy and found out my rear tires were peeling still although I came out to my tire being flat in the front did not discover what the front tire flatness was all about this after coming back three or four times. I ended up buying four new tires with my warranty added at first they tried to charge me the full 1600 but once they figured out the warranty should be added it was only 1020. I got all four Tires replaced And then took it to the shop that supposedly didn’t repair his previously to my car because tire choice discovered during the inspection that my front shocks were shut out and I had a small oil leak. Why do I just came from the dealership that day after getting oil, change all that aside. Well, my car was at the shop for the struts or shocks. They discovered my rear tires were the wrong size because they were also doing an alignment for me out there. I had the alignment done out of the shop that was taken care of my shocks. I’ve already made an appointment with the dealership about this oil leak so once I got it from the shop, I went straight there first regarding the oil leak and also I made contact with this tire shop about my tires being the wrong size Once it came out of the dealership, I brought it back to tire choice So they could change out the incorrect size tire for the correct size tire in the rear now the day before yesterday it came out started my car and I had one percent psi my rear passenger tire was completely flat checked for any sidewall damage or anything that I could see with my naked eye, put the tire on my pump pumped it up to 35 psi and Listen for any escaping or anything heard nothing but when I returned from my errands that day, I noticed all tires except for that one at 3435 psi that one was at 32 so yesterday or last night I went out to check my tire and it’s again completely flat so today I get to go back and find out if they can figure out when my rear tire is flat since my tire is about three weeks old, nothing but problems.

The front desk lady and the white younger guy don't really have customer service. If you want to be valued as a paying customer avoid this place. I don't recommend
