- SSstevie SSep 24, 20264.0My mom's car had a low tire light so I called and spoke to a somewhat dismissive woman and almost ended up hanging up. The only reason I didn't call another tire place was because it was the closest. When she was done asking me for all my personal info she transferred me to the actual store manager to get my questions answered. That's when I realized that instead calling the store, I had been routed through a call center. One star has been deducted for that experience. As soon as I spoke to Terry, the store manager, I knew we had come to the right place. He was warm and friendly with a sense of humor and took care of us right away. They would have gotten 5 stars if we would have just been able to call the store directly.
- KGKeith GarciaSep 19, 20261.0Got a flat and came to see if they could help put the spare on. Guy at the counter told me no they couldn’t help swap to a spare tire. And if I wanted the help I would have to leave my car for 2 hours. Bro it takes 10 mins when you have the tools. Which I unfortunately didn’t have.
