  This place has no clue what they are doing. Customer service is trash at this location. I went with my text verification saying I had an appointment at 1:30 and they couldn't find me and then they said the girl in the front went to lunch and there was nothing they could do to look up my appointment until the girl in the front came back from lunch. So does this place shut down when she goes to lunch or do they not know how look up someone when she is not there???? Then they said when she comes back from lunch she will call you. Well she must be on the longest lunch ever cause I'm still waiting for that phone call. This place is a waste and over priced and again the customer service is the worst. If I could give negative stars I would.

  They were so patient with the endless series of incorrect parts the dealers and suppliers kept shipping. It took a while - no fault of theirs - but they did a perfect job and were wonderful to deal with at every stage.

  Great decision I made going with Safelight. I was actually very hesitant. I truly wanted to go through the dealership I didn’t want aftermarket or you know some other company doing it. I just felt that the dealership would’ve been best but I ended up booking an at home window windshield replacement of my vehicle and couldn’t have been more satisfied. It was the best experience I could’ve ever chosen. The technician was completely awesome in every way as it was the company and what they offered I didn’t have to do a thing thank you so much

  I had a cracked front windshield. I went through my Allstate app and ended up scheduling with ease an appointment to come to my house and replace my windshield. My technician called prior to the appointment and Showed up within minutes once here he asked if I had any questions I just had one. He perfectly answered it and I felt comfortable. I went inside, but I Watched him while he worked from inside my home and was very satisfied. He is professional very neat. Very very neat organized. His Vin was perfectly organized and everything he used. He took care of all the equipment. I could tell. He also didn’t leave one speck of dust or dirt after putting the windshield in he even vacuumed my front floor mats. He was informative, and he even sold me on the added package with the window treatment and windshield wipers that I didn’t want in the beginning when I was making the appointment online. I just thought it was a waste, but he explained it and I was sold so he’s good at his upsell, which is awesome. I know about retail and that’s an added quality for any company by an employee it was such an easy, comfortable experience and I’d do it again. I had to do very little because everything came to me and was done without stress or problems . I thank my technician so much and would hope that I get the same guy if I ever need another window replacement or someone very similar because he was great ! Thank you Safelight and for hiring such wonderful Technicians!!

  I was so excited to find out they could do same-day service much Cheaper then fixing the little ding in my window then getting a whole new window. they were nice, They offered earlier appointment schedules when there were other cancellations and the window was literally done in less than 30 minutes. They are super friendly and super professional I will definitely be going back if I ever have another rock hit my windshield issue again
