- CWChad Willson3 days ago3.0Well the technician did their job, but the sales practices and go around practices to hide fees and pretend that you never intended them to happen is disgusting. Clear and concise Pricing never happened. The total changed to many times without clear communication. How dare you charge me $35 for each wiper, when I could purchase them from Walmart or target for $22 total for BOTH. Disgusting that you make your technician ask if I want a new air filter, without telling me that if they change it they are charging me for parts and labor. There is no labor. You open a slot door, remove old filter, insert new filter, all of which takes less than 5 min and cost $20 from Oreiley auto parts. Yet you charge me double plus labor. Disgusting. No insulation and cushion gap between my windshield and car like the original, so no room for my cables needed for my dash cam. Whole system is now funky and looks bad. Not happy
- RPRandy P3 days ago5.0The entire process from booking the appt online to meeting the tech and getting the work done was very easy. I needed both the windshield and rear glass replaced. The tech actually showed up a few minutes early, and addressed my concerns and explained everything. He proceeded to do an awesome job answering any questions I had. He worked clean, and I was very happy with the end result. Would definitely use again.

This took two months, but the information I received while we both waited was informative, polite, and pleasant. When it finally arrived, I had an appointment the next day! Service was great and informative too. I would definitely recommend Safelite! (The orange tape comes off after I take a photo.)
