  I've been a member since day one and have always been pleased with the service of the car wash. However, today felt different. I drove up and there wasn't a brush to pre-wash my car. I drove in and all the workers were in the shed, presumably to get out of the sun. No one was walking around cleaning or making sure everything was running okay. In the past, there was at least music playing. Many times the air hasn't worked, or most recently, the vacuums. I miss how upbeat everyone used to be. Now I feel like the employees don't even care. We may have to go to another car wash to get better service.

  It's been over 2 weeks. The vacuums are still down and no one knows when they'll be back up. I can't get an answer out of the employee.

  They have towels n tire shine n window clear u can use . Also air freshener too n all purpose clear u can use too . The vacuum are free too .

  Fix the vacuum!!!! Its been a month and still doesnt work i dont think its fare to charge people for the monthly if your stuff does not work. As quick are you guys are to charge yall should be that quick to fix the dam vacuum
