- SSSukhpreet SinghSep 17, 20261.0Disappointed with the service at this location. Communication was unclear, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. When I asked for additional help, the situation was not escalated. I would choose a different location next time.
- HHHarpalSep 17, 20261.0Terrible experience with this location. The manager was unwilling to understand the situation or escalate the issue when requested. Poor communication and very little effort to help. I would not rent from this location again.
- HSHarpal SinghSep 17, 20261.0Very poor customer service. The manager would not listen to my situation, communicate clearly, or escalate the issue when I asked. I felt dismissed instead of helped. I would think twice before renting from this location.
